We would welcome your reservation if:

•You are willing to sign a copy of our rental agreement which will be emailed to you after your booking is confirmed
•You are not a smoker
•You do not want to bring a pet
•Your party does not consist of more than 10 people
•If your booking includes a security deposit instead of our default "Damage Waiver fee" you agree to read the information on our rental agreement about "Security Deposit Hold" to understand how that process works and how it will affect the card that was used to make your payment.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure all ten Azure wristbands are returned to the holder prior to your departure to avoid being charged a replacement fee.
Please start a load of laundry (towels) if there is laundry detergent available.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years
A signed rental agreement & copy of a ID must be provided within 24 hours to confirm the booking otherwise the booking may be cancelled with penalty.
Read our cancellation policy in the listing description; in some instances a $100 + tax cancellation fee is required.

Little piece of paradise

We had an awesome family vacation thanks to the beautiful condo at Azure. The unit we stayed in was exactly as advertised and beyond. Very clean and well maintained. The building and pool areas were well kept and not crowed at all. We would definitely recommend condo room # 304. We also plan to revisited again.

Amazing stay!!

Our family of 10—six adults and four kids—had an amazing time at this condo. The grounds were super well-kept, and both pools were always clean. Getting to the beach was super easy and convenient. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and mini-golf right across the street, and just a quick 4-5 minute drive to the pier with more restaurants, shops, and fun stuff! The condo was just like the pictures—beautiful! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big family meals, which we did for two nights. The furniture and beds were really comfy, and the patio was awesome with great outdoor furniture. Watching the Wednesday night fireworks from the patio was so cool! Our host, Valerie, was really helpful and responsive. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and we were super impressed with the communication. We’d love to come back to this condo in the future!

Amazing!!

This condo is perfect! I cannot say enough good things. They had everything you could possibly need and you could tell they put thought into stocking it. It was spotless, I usually clean before we use things but I didn’t need too. Our family of 10 (7 adults and 3 children) had plenty of room. All the rooms were a good size, even the bunk room. The balcony was great and the furniture was awesome. All the decorations and furnishings were updated and nice. It’s right across a small putt putt and ice cream shop which is a plus too! The beach and pools were amazing! The entire Azure was exceptional, very clean! The staff was great and cleaned constantly! We will definitely go back and hopefully this condo will be available!

We bought our first vacation rental property in Summit County, CO (which we have subsequently sold) and have owned condos on lovely Okaloosa Island in FL since 2014! Our next vacation rental purchase was a home in Lynchburg, VA and our most recent purchase is in sunny San Diego. We have loved sharing our homes with our guests over the years.

Besides the stunning views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from the condo itself we love the prestigious Azure complex and amenities it offers: two pools (one heated seasonally), the largest state of the art fitness center on Okaloosa Island, covered and secure parking, and spacious condos with large balconies.

What makes this property unique

The real reason we were drawn to this unit was the million $$ views of the beach and the Gulf from the balcony of our unit! Just like our CO mountain condo on the lake, we knew we could change everything about the condo except its location and view! We love relaxing on the balcony watching the dolphins play in the surf of the turquoise waters and listening to the sounds of the waves washing upon the sugar white sands on the beach!
