This beautifully maintained 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is the perfect getaway for your dream beach vacation. With several beaches at your fingertips and a perfect outdoor lanai with a large yard, it is the perfect place for both a relaxing and adventurous vacation.
This single-level, fully furnished spacious property includes gas-fired grill and fire pit on the screened lanai and wood deck, perfect for outside games, barbecue, and s’mores. With televisions in both the living room, master bedroom, and full-functioning internet access, it is also perfect for a cozy night in.
It is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with few close neighbors. Also included with the house are multiple bikes for biking the Legacy Trail (.6 miles away) or to Nokomis Beach which is only 1.6 miles from your front doorstep, and Venice beach just 10 minutes away.
