The Sea Winds Beachfront complex features a swimming pool, whirlpool spa, 2 tennis courts, and there are fine restaurants, unique shops, and nightly entertainment nearby. Stroll the beach at sunset... it's fun watching the dolphins play and the Pelicans feed. Anglers, take out a charter... these waters are legendary for highly-charged sport fishing. Watersports rentals are also available nearby.
This Lovely 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condominium features everything you need for a tropical getaway vacation. Be uplifted by the 23' oceanfront terrace overlooking the white sandy beaches.
These views are simply stunning. On the Direct oceanfront balcony. You will be watching the gorgeous sunset from your Marco Island balcony, which are fantastic.You can watch the dolphins play and the numerous birds including pelicans fly so close you can almost touch them. The kitchen has been remodeled on 2013 with Gorgeous Cabinets and Beautiful Granite countertops and it also features a full complement of modern appliances, including new refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. There are three TVs, one each in the two bedrooms, and the living room has a 37' flat screen TV. There is a DVD and a VCR player. There is new tile throughout the condo, which gives it a fresh modern look! Queen in Master Bedroom, 2 twins in Guest Bedroom and Queen sized Air Mattress.

The property is just as pictured with amazing sunset views every night and an easy walk right out the beach with the included wagon, chairs, noodles and umbrellas. The property is very secure with locking gates that you use keys to exit and enter the property with, so, there was no concern that unregistered guests were on the property. The Jack and Jill style bathroom is perfect for a couple with children or 2 couples, so everyone has their own space and just share a very nice walk in shower in its own private room. The building location is perfect as it is close to everything but not in the most trafficked part of the island. Everything from check in to check out was fabulous. We will definitely stay again!

You can't beat Sea Winds for the money. The views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful. The Sun sets directly in front of your view. The pool and pool area are always tidy and the water quality is great. We have been coming to Sea Winds for over ten years now and we simply love it. Our host was amazing! There was an issue with our stay and she didn't hesitate to make it right. We couldn't have been happier with her response. I would highly recommend renting this unit from this host and we'll be scheduling our next stay as soon as we get home.

High in the sky

We have never stayed above the 3rd floor. The view from 16 was amazing! Especially when you look out toward town. Beach view was great too, so many different perspectives

Can’t say enough about the location of this property. View from balcony is to die for. It was our first visit to Marco Island but probably won’t be our last. Melissa made every step along the way east. She is very easy to communicate with.

Amazing Views and Location

We experienced record breaking rainfalls for most of our vacation but still ended up with breathtaking sunsets each evening. The unit and property are as pictured and well-kept with plenty of provided kitchen/beach amenities. Direct Gulf views from bedroom and living room/kitchen area are fantastic. Overall a great place to relax during the rain with plenty of bars and restaurants to check out on the island. Melissa is very informative and responsive. Highly recommend

Great Value

This place was the perfect size for me and my husband. The 16th floor seemed high but it was not, and we were able to view the several groups dolphins on our last day, which was awesome. The accommodations were adequate. The beach is great and there is plenty of it. Despite some morning/afternoon thunderstorms our trip was great! And Melissa was so attentive when we had an issue.

Awesome Location

Had a great time at the beach. This condo is actually updated since some of the listing photos were taken. The unit was clean and well-equipped. Very convenient location. We had a great time and would stay here again. The views from the balcony are incredible.

Great beachfront rental

The pictures on the website do not do it justice. There is nothing like being right on the beach. The unit had a washer & dryer which was awesome. The complex was quiet and had friendly people all around. I can't wait until we come back next year!! Yes we loved out time in this unit- Five stars

Fans of Sea Winds

We are fans of staying at Sea Winds. We love the location, the amenities, & accommodations. The best aspect of this unit is the amazing view. This unit could use some TLC compared to other units we have stayed in. Communication was great & we will return to Sea Winds.

Fantastic location

Our family recently stayed here for a week during spring break. Incredible sunset views, the kids had a blast collecting shells, watching the dolphins daily, swimming in the pool and playing at the beach. The condo was the perfect size for us and was completely functional for all of our needs. Plenty of restaurants nearby and we absolutely loved our time on the beach. We will certainly be back.

Wonderful time and wonderful condo

We had a great vacation in Marcos Island - our first visit here. The condo gave us plenty of room, and was very comfortable. Balcony was great - during the day and watching the sunset each evening! Perfect location of the condo near the south end great for shelling during low tides. It was such a great condo to relax and enjoy! We will definitely rent this again!

Perfect family vacation!

We love spending our yearly family vacation at Sea Winds and this unit is one of the best ones we’ve stayed in! Everything you need, this apartment has - just pack your bathing suit and show up! The view from the 16th floor can’t be beat and communication with the owner is really easy.

This is our 9th time staying at Seawinds. Staying on the 16th floor was more quiet and than previous units. The condo had everything we needed and we would stay here again. Keep in mind this unit only has one shower, which was fine for us.

Wonderful family vacation

Location!!

Great location. We have stayed in this building multiple times. The views are the best! The amenities : pool, beach, tennis, walk ability can’t be beat. As for the actual unit: the furniture is in need of cleaning. Need sheets to fit the extra deep mattress in Master. We woke up like a burrito every morning! The patio furniture needs to be pitched. No beach cooler, plan ahead. Other than that, it worked fine for 2 adults, 2 teenage boys.
