The location in Desert Falls community was very enjoyable. Loved nearby pools, quiet neighborhood for morning walks, friendly staff at the entrance gate. The home itself had everything we needed for a great vacation: well-equipped kitchen & bathrooms, comfy beds, nice patio & grill.

This is a great vacation rental. The pools were awesome, the club house was fun, the golf course looked nice, (we don't play, but it was pretty), and the house was perfect. Looking forward to coming back.

Lovely Condo

We stayed here for 6 days while we went to a golf school. The condo is lovely, it is a little dated but has all the amenities you would need. It is in a gated community so you feel very safe. Lovely patio for sitting watching the golfers. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Great value! Comfy beds, nice bathrooms. One suggestion would be to add a screen door to the front door for cross ventilation when you don’t want the air on. Thank you for the great visit!

Desert Falls

We were very pleased with the unit and the Desert Falls community. The property was spotless and the location is excellent. The patio and backyard sit above the 14th teebox of Avondale CC. It was quiet and private. The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures provided with lots of nice amenities. The owner was easy to work with and attentive to any of our needs or question. The pool areas across the street are very clean and beautiful. The recreational facilities are excellent and the staff is very friendly. Also enjoyed the golf course. My wife and I would recommend this rental. It was a very pleasant experience.
