When you arrive at the main gate entrance for access, please be prepared to show your ID for all occupants over 18 years of age that will be in the vehicles.

To prepare your access, we’ll need the full name of all drivers in your group, exactly as shown on their driver’s licenses. This is required for entry into the resort, so please be sure the names match the license.

We will need to get a list of all guests over 18 years of age that will be staying at the Resort prior to you checking in so you can gain access. Once you are through the gate, you will proceed to the Clubhouse for your parking and amenity passes. If you are checking in late or after hours, you can pick them up the next day. Once at the Pool Villa, you will use the last 4 digits of your phone number to open the door and disarm the alarm. The number used will be the number of the person that made the reservation.

Our Paradise Pool Villa is only minutes to Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios, and other attractions. The new Margaritaville is 10 minutes away and offers a dine-In movie theatre, tons of restaurants, state of the art water park, and weekend festivities such as car shows, an artisan market, and evening concerts with various artists.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms offer comfort and privacy for up to twelve guests. Two king master suites, one upstairs, one downstairs, each include an ensuite bath with bidet, Roku TV, and ceiling fan. A third bedroom features a queen bed and private ensuite bath, while a fourth queen room offers soft linens and coastal accents. The themed kids’ room delights little ones with its playful Finding Nemo décor and two twin beds. The game loft’s sofa bed adds extra sleeping space when needed.

Living spaces
Gather in the open living area with a large sectional sofa and Roku-enabled smart TV offering access to Disney+, Netflix, and other favorite channels. Upstairs, the game loft brings everyone together with an arcade machine, pool, ping pong, and foosball tables, plus a TV and board games for friendly competitions.

Step through sliding doors to the screened patio where a private outdoor pool and spa invite you to swim or soak any time of day. Dine alfresco at the outdoor table, fire up the gas BBQ grill, or lounge beneath the stars. A convenient poolside half bath and weekly maintenance keep everything ready for your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and a breakfast bar for casual meals. The dining area seats six, creating a relaxed space for family dinners or late-night snacks. Coffee, basic cooking supplies, and dining essentials are provided.

Our villa is beach and Disney-themed and offers ROKU tv in every bedroom and the loft area, a virtual workspace area, and high-speed Wi-fi. Bidet in Master and first-floor bathrooms, Fully stocked Kitchen, Barbecue Grill, ceiling fans in every room, arcade, table, and board games.
