Visit Columbia State park, Yosemite NP, and nearby Dodge ridge Ski resort. Driving distance to Twain heart, Pine crest, and Jamestown. Spacious townhome located close to Adventist Health Hospital in Sonora ca. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful Mountain View’s. Home features Central heat & air, 2 large bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms & a 1 car garage.
The space
This spacious town home is nestled in the mountains of Sonora Ca. Located 1 mile from the local Hospital & close to shopping, eateries & Starbucks.
This town home has 2 levels. 2 Bedrooms & second bathroom are located upstairs.
The living-room offers a conversational type space and an oversized TV.
Kitchen offers an electric stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Also available are dishes, utensils, pots & pans.
We have a new washer & dryer available in the laundry area.
Our back patio is set up with a small patio table & 2 chairs.
Both bedrooms are located upstairs.
Bedroom #1 has 1 queen bed, wall mounted smart TV & closet, and dresser.
Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds, dresser, walk in closet, pack n play, wall mountedTV, iron & iron board.
Upstairs bathroom offers steerage Tub & shower along with a single vanity.
Garage parking available for 1 vehicle. Remote not provided. Opens from wall remote device in garage
Guest access
Guests are able to access the entire town home aside from one closet that is locked with a keypad this is for housekeeping supplies.

This town home is located in the Mountains guests may see wildlife possibly deer and other animals native to the area walking on the property. Please do not touch, bother, or feed these wild animals.
