The best hosts to interact with. They continue to enhance the property experience. Sonora needs more loyal property owners like Meredith & Patrick!Brad & Linda
I really can't say enough about this property. The location is perfect, right on Washington Street, the main thoroughfare in Sonora. The entire town is walkable from here. The property itself is maintained in excellent condition - especially considering that it's well over 100 years old. The bedroom at the rear of the unit is quiet and comfortable. The bathroom fixtures are modern and work well. The full kitchen too has been updated and is in top shape. Every little detail has been thoughtfully considered and seen to. Freshly roasted coffee from a local roaster provided, an excellent selection of teas, bottled water, a basket of small snacks. Numerous candles for a gentle, historic ambiance. We loved the front porch overlooking the street - with lanterns and "twinkly lights" on an automatic timer. Yes, there is a little street noise in the front room during the day. However, like most of the Motherlode towns, the sidewalks are rolled up about 8 PM and the evenings are quiet and enjoyable. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning as well.
The best property to stay to visit the Sonora area. Walk to restaurants and shop local merchants. Great historic gold country spot.
Visited Murphy’s and it amazing wineries. Visit the Tuolumne County Museum that is a short walk from this property.

Because no explicit address can be given, it was tricky to find where we were staying even with the photos supplied. Otherwise the amenities, cleanliness and location were all stellar. We would definitely stay again
A great property with views of the Red Church, Washington Street and the park with all of their Christmas decorations. Easy walk to restaurants and shops.
This place was perfect. Perfect location. So clean and comfy. We enjoyed this place as much as any place we've ever stayed. The bedroom was so quiet, and the bed so comfortable, we slept great. Its like everything we could have wanted was there. The balcony overlooking main street was great fun. There was a parking pass, complimentary snacks and waters. Plenty of towels, soap, and a makeup mirror. My wife loved this, as its pretty rare in other rentals. Many try to acheive COZY, this place is truly cozy. We loved this little hideaway, and would stay here again in a minute. Thank You

This is one of my favorite places. It's super cozy; lots of little touches, like snacks and drinks. Great appliances too. Wonderful place to relax. I love sitting out on the balcony at night!

Thanks again for visiting. Look forward to hosting a future stay!
Absolutely perfect location for our trip. We were able to walk to the graduation ceremony. In fact, we spent the majority of our stay at the apartment sharing meals (kitchen well stocked) and visiting on the balcony while watching the goings on on Washington street.

Great location
We thoroughly enjoyed this property. It is beautifully furnished and there are excellent instructions for check in and check out procedures. The apartment is upstairs, so stair access is necessary. The owners have worked out good solutions for parking, since curbside parking is limited. The apartment is located right on Hwy 49, which has lots of traffic. But traffic noise was not an issue inside the apartment, and we enjoyed watching from the balcony as the logging trucks drive by. The location is only steps away from downtown restaurants and shops, which is ideal. We certainly would recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We really loved this rental. Super cute and the bedroom is set in the back so it is quiet. The extra little touches that the owners did to welcome us really made this special. Plus, you can't beat the location in the heart of Sonora.
This is a great place to stay if you want to spend some time in the Sonora area. Located right downtown with loads of shampoo g and restaurants in walking distance. Owners have are very thoughtful! They even provide ear plugs in case the street noise bothers you. I highly recommend this listing!

Thanks Christine! Look forward to hosting again. We also added a white noise machine and have recently added a new seal to the balcony door to reduce the noise for people sleeping in the fold out bed.
Host was responsive and efficient. All of the basics are provided and the unit was very clean and relatively quiet. You are steps away from all that downtown has to offer.

Sonora is a great place for snowboarding skiing. Not too crowded. This is our fourth year staying at Pats place. My kids love Pats place. Central quite. Not crowded just enough traffic. Great host very clean super responsive. Thank you for hosting us.
Pat and Meredith’s place was perfect for our snow trip. The house is super clean. Love the smart TVs. It’s was very kid row dog for our two boys. And, the welcome note was such a personal touch. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
This apartment was beyond what we expected. The kitchen was well stocked with many things beyond pots and pans. It had coffee, tea, spices and oils among other items. There were candles, games and books. All above a normal listing. The location was great to walk around town. The Fire Museum and Veteran’s Museum were both interesting with helpful people to explain their items. We would definitely return to this property.
