Welcome to our West Ketchum home. Conveniently located to the heart of town. Walk or bike to Restaurants, playground, pump park and Big Wood River. The long shared driveway is heated for winter ease. This is a three story single family home. Less than 3/4 mile to River Run Lodge. River, playground, tennis courts, outdoor ice skating in winter and bike path are within 1 or 2 blocks.

First floor is the laundry room and a bedroom with french door to small backyard with hot tub. This room has a king bed, smart TV and an adjoining bathroom. Ping Pong table/beverage fridge in the garage. Bikes available for use.
Second floor is the well appointed kitchen -Thermador appliances + Blue Star Fridge, a cozy breakfast nook, spacious great room with wood fireplace, dining area that seats up to 8, 65” smart tv, Sonos system , full bath and bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds. Deck with firewood and gas grill and table for outdoor dining.

Third floor is the spacious master bedroom. This room has a king bed, large smart TV and desk. The master bath has a steam shower. Large master closet open to master bath (perfect spot for a pack n play 😁) Master Bedroom has AC.
High chair, pack n plays, Sleds, snow shoes for the winter, cruisers for summer. Large dog crate is available. Ping pong table in the garage.

Identical home next door may be rented together for larger groups.

Great vacation home

This was a great home and I would stay here again if I was in Sun Valley. The home was lovely. Well maintained and clean. My daughter liked the bunk room. Great location too.

Perfect place in SV

Outstanding place in SV for a family ski vacation. Located on a quiet street a short walk or drive from Main St and very close to River Run or Warm Springs bases. Bonus hot tub and ping pong table for more fun after skiing!

Beautiful property! We went when all the fall leaves were changing colors. It was amazing. The property is clean, well stocked and very nice. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub worked and was clean. Plenty of linens and towels provided. It was the perfect spot for our family to make some fun memories!

Great Ketchum House

Host & House We’re Above and Beyond

The property was perfect and the host was very responsive and helpful. The pictures don’t do the home justice, we were breath taken at how beautiful and large it was for our fam of 6 and dogs. We used all the fun amenities (ping pong in heated garage, hot tub, TVs, steam room, BBQ, etc) and couldn’t have been happier. The home is fully equipped and the host so helpful that we really were able to feel like it was “home” and be so comfy to enjoy our stay. 10/10 would recommend and we hope to stay again.

Sun Valley Ski Trip

The location of this house was great right near town and the ski mountain. The house was well equipped with all the items needed to cook meals. The beds and were very comfortable. The property manager responded quickly but unfortunately was unable to secure repair people for the hot tub ultimately we resolved the issue by researching the manual online.

One of our favorite places that we have stayed in Ketchum!

We LOVED this place! It is the perfect location. You can easily walk to town for shops and restaurants or access quick trails for hiking. The house is amazing and the space is beautiful. It is perfect for a family or our situation which was two couples. The setup in the house is perfect with bathrooms located in two of the bedrooms. The kitchen was the BEST stocked kitchen we have ever had with everything you needed to cook - including a great selection of spices. A beautiful deck, hot tub and yard (fully fenced). Our host was very communicative and there was a cute welcome treat when we arrived. We would definitely come back to this place!

Amazing stay in a beautiful home!

I turned sixty this year, and my two kids (both in their twenties) came to me last December and said we should all go on a vacation together to celebrate. After some thinking, we came up with Idaho, and my daughter found this incredible house on VRBO - she couldn't have picked a more perfect place! This beautiful home is located perfectly in Ketchum. The house came stocked with everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable week. It was truly a home away from home! We were within walking distance of multiple restaurants, shops, hiking/biking trails, and Sun Valley Resort (with a Gondola ride up the mountain (which has an amazing restaurant)). And with a quick car ride, we had: Horseback Riding, Fly Fishing, ATVs, White Water Rafting, and the Rodeo in Hailey. And after a day of activities, it provided some great ways to relax like: hitting the hot tub, reading on the deck (listening to music), watching a movie, and even board games. One last thing, my daughter and I are camera buffs - and we got amazing shots all week long. If you are looking to visit - this IS the place to stay and it made a great way to celebrate!

Great Experience

Beautiful home in a great location. Had trouble getting in but the property manager was immediately available to resolve the issue. Was very warm outside so we needed to open all the windows at night to cool it down. There were plenty of fans to help. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Excellent 5 Star Sun Valley Home

815 Rocking Horse Rd was an excellent stay and experience. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a 5 Star property close to downtown and skiing. Deide, the property manager was superb, and easily reached with questions. We could not have asked for anything better when researching a place to stay!

Loved this house!!

We had the best time staying at this property. It is so well located, a few minutes to anywhere in Ketchum/Sun valley, very walkable, and just ideal. The house itself is truly great, with a very nice living room fireplace, master bedroom with everything you want, and a great hot tub. We loved this place, the pictures are very accurate and working with the house manager was simple. High reccomend!!
