25th Wedding Anniversary

The house is beautifully decorated and we truly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. It was a short walk to all the restaurants and shops as well as to the beach. We had a great time and would definitely rent this beautiful home again.

Perfect off-season girls weekend

Beautiful home - perfect for our group of 4 mothers/daughters! Each of us had a king suite w/private bath. The living room was super cozy for happy hours & gathering! Great location for walking to shops, restaurants & the beach! We hope to return next year!

Family Vacation 2021

This house was very clean, and built with high quality in mind, including modern appliances, showers, fixtures, etc. Everything was in great condition and worked properly. The layout of the house with the five master bedrooms was perfect. The backyard pool is very nice and crystal clear. The location of the house is great, and is definitely within walking distance to shopping, boardwalk, and the beach. Be aware of the street parking rules, especially metered spaces that are not clearly marked. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying the house was absolutely beautiful! Great location and very clean! However, our check in/out process was very unclear and the listing in vrbo did not mention the needs for linens and how to get into the property. I had to go pickup keys from the office which I didn’t know because I did not get my welcome letter with information until the day after we checked in. I asked multiple questions to the host through the vrbo app with an assurance that someone would get back to me but it never happened. Unfortunately, this took away from our experience due to the lack of communication. Jack Lingo did resolve the mishaps once I called their office, I just wish it was clear on the vrbo listing. Again, great house!!!

Rehoboth Jazz Fest

This is an exceptional property and close to everything! The home offered plenty of privacy for three couples and plenty of gathering spaces, both indoor and out. The decor is beautiful, with high-end finishes, and was well stocked for all our needs. It was too cool for the pool, but we sat around it and enjoyed the fall weather. We would definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving getaway

Our hope was for a nice spacious place relatively close to the beach and board walk. It was a good choice for this time of year. During peak season it would have been to busy for our particular preferences. Took some updating ideas away as well. The overall design and color scheme was very well done. Only negative if even that is that while at the dining room table everyone walking by could look in. Would be nice for a little less visibility from the sidewalk and parking lot. One evening someone was in the parking lot across the street for about 30 mins with their lights on beaming straight into the dining room area … would have been nice to be able to block that a bit specially when it is recommended to not be used at main entrance anyhow. Overall great choice for what we wanted to accomplish.
