The owners have taken special care in renovating this unit throughout, including the furnishings and bedding. The unit offers direct trail access, ski right from the unit door. Fall Line complex is located just above South Ridge main lodge and the Perfect Turn ski school. After a day on the slopes head back to the unit, get out of your gear, grab your swimsuit and head to the heated pool and hot tub to relax. The two private decks have views of the slopes and the fireworks! Guests can wake up, make breakfast in the kitchen with full size appliances and still be close enough for first chair! Easily stop back in for a quick lunch, prepare and enjoy a full dinner or try one of the nearby restaurants. The owners of this unit have made it their second home and are looking for families that will treat the unit the same way. This unit is set up perfectly to comfortably accommodate a family with a queen bed and an upgraded trundle bed in the bedroom and pullout sofa in the living room. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Great location near South Ridge Lodge

Easy check in, amazing location right on the mountain, a little outdated but had all the basic amentities that are needed. Pull out couch bed upstairs not comfortable. Good communication. Did I say great location?

Great ski in ski out location

Quick last minute visit to Sunday River. Location was great. Unit is small but the set up was good for our family of four. Indoor pool, hot tub and saunas were a nice bonus.

Amazing place

Amazing stay, tiny cozy ski hut that we were happy to squeeze five of us into for a couple days of skiing. Unbelievable location with access right off escapade, and an easy walk from the foggy goggle at the end of the day. Didn’t make use of the pool or common facilities but was worth every penny to park and ski right out of the condo. Will hope to stay again, might not be any better location on mountain as mentioned.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all the owners seem nice but this condo is clearly "their" home. There are wedding pictures, family photos, Christmas decorations in March, beanie babies, scrap book posters and dead roses and a small family shrine. You don't feel like you are in a rental condo you feel like you are in someones private home. The unit is very small and 6 adults would be on top of one another. The fold out couch is more than uncomfortable with the bars sticking you in the back, There is one very small bathroom upstairs and the bedroom is downstairs. There is no dishwasher and the toilet is with the tub and the sink is in the entryway. We were two guys and it felt cramped,I cant imagine several woman trying to get ready at the same time. There is a moldy interior chair on the upper exterior balcony. The only really nice thing is the ski on ability although you have to walk back up a slight grade to get back to the unit or ski thru a short woods run. The condo needs a good de-cluttering.some new paint to rid the unit of a organgish accent wall and removal of all the personal items. One more thing, the people above this unit had 3 young boys and we felt like were in a thunderous football game,lets just say there is no sound dampening. This is a folksy small personal condo,I don't think the owners get the rental business, in fact we had several people stop by and ask if Ron was home "cuz the flag was out" Good location but not worth it, skip this one
