Welcome to Anastasia 613, a cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the heart of St. Augustine, Florida. Located within the oceanfront Anastasia Condominiums community, this inviting unit accommodates up to six guests.

Inside the condo, enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural sunlight. The open floor plan is perfect for vacation relaxation. The kitchen is fully stocked, so whether you're cooking in or packing a beach snack, you have everything you need. Anniversary trip

Location and complex beautiful. Right on the beach. They enclosed patio so you can't sit outside also they taped sliding doors closed. Cleaning crew needs to learn how to make bed, sheets looked like already slept on (they were clean, just wrinkled and wafded up. Needs a little love.

Loved the beach access and views. The second bedroom had no dresser, closet or other storage areas. Second bathroom needed a hair dryer. And all contact was via email or text. A lovely, bright unit.

It was a very nice property. However, in the area renovations are taken place on properties nearby. Hence, the noise level can be high. The overall location made up for those inconveniences.

Slider doors sealed shut with packing tape and sign saying do not open. No fresh air or window that could be opened as a result. No beach chairs, no beach towels and one roll of toilet paper left for a 4 night booking. Bathrooms quite outdated. Given the price, not a great value.

Ongoing construction

Kitchen was dirty upon arrival. We had to wash every dish and pan before we could use them. There was very loud construction that woke us early every morning and went all day. Could not spend time in the condo during the day, or even at the pool because it was so loud. Speaking to residents there, they stated it had been going on for several months. We were not forewarned. The owner stated they didn’t know it was still going on. They did try to compensate, but not even an amount equal to what one night would equate to.
