Located in Famous Beautiful Cocoa Beach, Florida. Our Vacation Condo is nestled on the ocean front. We offer a Very Clean, Attractive unit for your stay. Rates range from $899.00 to $1799.00 per week plus tax and cleaning. From the condominium complex you will have direct access to the beach with lots of White Sand and Warm Water for Swimming, Sunbathing, Surfing, Wake Boarding, and much more. Yes we have a elevator at the Sandcastles and the Sandcastles has surveillance cameras.

The pool & hot tub is open from 9:30 to 10pm. Please note: if the outside temperature gets below 60 the pool will be shut down till the outside temp go’s back up above 60.

Orlando is about an hour away if you wish to visit the theme park attractions including: Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot Center, Sea World and MGM Studios. The airport is less than an hour away making it easy to catch your flight. Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral are within minutes. You will find plenty to do in this world famous beach resort area.
Master bedroom has a King Size Bed. 2nd Bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, 2 Full Baths, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer, Dryer, Hot Tub (shared), Pool (shared).
