Convenient location to downtown and surrounding area

We were in town for a basketball tournament and needed a place to stay. This was a perfect spot. Close to downtown for places to eat and hang then close to the venues we needed to travel. It sits on the edge of a what looks like a rough neighborhood but we had zero issues. We basically were only there to sleep. Very convenient parking lot across the street from property. Owner was very responsive and a great host. Would stay here again.

We were happy to have you and your group. I live there for 5 years and later with my wife a total 7 of years no issues. Yes, big parking. This home is great place to watch the Fourth of July fireworks. The are display across at ADP tower.
