Relax in this stylish studio - so much more comfortable than a stale hotel room! Boasting a well-equipped kitchenette with convection micro, 2 burner stovetop, sink, dishwasher, and fridge, you can eat in if you chose. The zero-entry rain shower is fantastic. Washer/dryer, cotton linens, down comforter/pillows, & a smart TV. This cozy nest is perfect for a comfy evening watching your favorite show. Less than a mile from oldtown Loveland, where you`ll find lots to eat, drink, and do!

Studio-style with a kitchenette with 2 burners, micro/convection oven, sink, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, and quartz countertops. Queen-sized bed, smart TV, washer/dryer combo unit, bathroom has terrific rain shower! Completely separate entrance with off-street parking.

Fully self-contained, separate entrance studio. The backyard is shared with the owner - but is 1/3+ acre and fully fenced.

*VRBO guests - please note there is a $300 security deposit - fully refundable - that will be placed as a `hold` on your credit card a day before your departure. It will be returned a few days later.
No smoking of any kind inside the studio - outside is OK - but please clean up after yourself.
