Lil’ Blue is nestled on the east side of Downtown Loveland, Colorado. You'll love your stay at this completely updated & charming home with an amazing backyard, featuring a hot tub to enjoy the beautiful Colorado landscape. Escape to a charming, magical cottage for your perfect weekend getaway. Surrounded by majestic trees and a front yard with a tire swing, this adorable rental will capture your heart from the moment you arrive.

Experience this home's cozy and enchanting ambiance, complete with all the amenities and thoughtful touches. Get ready to relax and rejuvenate in the heart of Downtown Loveland.

Featuring central heat & air conditioning, a fully-stocked kitchen, a gas fireplace, a separate workspace, and lots of little amenities such as a fan for white noise, a pack-n-play, board games, and more!

Step into a backyard oasis complete with a charming covered patio, a cozy propane firepit, a convenient electric grill, and even a fun cornhole game. But that's not all - indulge in ultimate relaxation in our hidden gem: a private hot tub that can accommodate up to four guests. Soak in the crisp mountain air and let your worries melt away. Plus, we've got you covered with provided bicycles to explore the stunning surroundings during your stay.

Lil’ Blue is nestled on the east side of Downtown Loveland, Colorado. Enjoy convenient access to local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, shopping, entertainment, and the Loveland Bike Path. There's so much to do right here in town, or take a short 45-minute drive up Big Thompson Canyon to the cute little mountain town of Estes Park & enjoy endless fun in Rocky Mountain National Park!

We do accept dogs with a $100 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs, and a $100 refundable security deposit. Dogs must be crated when left alone at the property. A large crate is provided in the shed. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog and if you'll need an additional crate.

Guests can ride the provided bicycles to tons of local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, shopping, and entertainment, or hop on the Loveland Bike Path to go even further!

The property was as advertised, the hosts were able to answer a question I had on the first day as I had issues getting into the property, this issue was my own the and hosts were able to help me understand where I messed up. I stayed here for my graduation and this property was located fairly close to blue arena, as well as many different good food areas.

Great property!

This property is super cute, and convenient to restaurants and parks. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. We brought along our dogs and the backyard was a very nice and secure space for them. The property had everything we needed.

My friend had a good stay overall. There are 3 things she recommends for Lil Blue to do better:1. Deep clean house and furniture, making sure that pet hair and human hair are removed. 2. Trim back the tree branches over the hot tub and add more/ better lighting in the back. 3. Upgrade towels. They looked used up.Thank you for the quick responses in communication and we will keep Lil Blue in mind for another visit.
