Primary BR includes a queen bed, black-out curtains, ceiling fan and 3/4 BA. 2nd BR complete with queen bed and full BA off hallway. 3rd BR currently used as office (without bed). Detached two car garage with level-2 outlet for EV charging. 8 blocks from historic downtown North Bend. Easy access to I-90, Seattle, Bellevue and Snoqualmie Pass.

No hazardous or commercial materials of any kind allowed on property. EV level 2 charge outlet in garage, guest to supply their own charge chord

Garbage/recycle bins on site. Tenant to move bins to curb weekly for pickup. See rental agreement for a complete list of house rules.

This is an excellent place with a beautiful view of Mt. Si out the family room windows. North Bend is a wonderful little town with many amenities within walking distance of the house. The host was very responsive, and I hope I can stay here again in the future!
