This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, deluxe end unit suite. It is located on the top floor in building #2, and has a gorgeous view of the tropical garden overlooking the fountain, pond, pool, as well as partial ocean view.

Best of all, this spacious beach condo has separately-zoned Air Conditioning systems in the living room and all three bedrooms.

This spacious 3 bedroom unit features a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, new kitchen cabinets, and appliances. Large 20X20 tiles in the living room, kitchen, Master bedroom, 3rd bedroom, all bathrooms, and the lanai, with carpet in the loft bedroom. All the rooms have bright and warm colorful walls.

Kamaole Sands is one of the most popular resort condo complexes in South Maui. Nested in 15 acres of tropical gardens surrounded by beautifully maintained lush green lawns, fountains, waterfalls, fish ponds, is one of the largest swimming pools in Kihei, a children's wading pool, and 2 Jacuzzis. The grounds also includes 4 tennis courts, and 9 BBQ gas grill areas are conveniently located throughout the complex.

Truly, what makes Kamaole Sands so desirable is the LOCATION. Kamaole Sands is directly across the street from Kamaole III beach and beach park. Kamaole III is one of the nicest sandy beaches on Maui, popular with locals and tourists alike. This beach is great for swimming, boogie boarding, snorkeling, sun worshiping, and whale watching (in season.) The large Kamaole III beach park is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and is complete with facilities, outdoor showers, and children's playgrounds. It's huge grassy area is perfect for all kinds of sports, and for enjoying the beautiful Maui sunset. There are many restaurants within walking distance, and just a short drive away is the town of Wailea and golf courses.

The townhouse was large with all the amenities needed for a large family to live for a week! The accommodation was also very clean throughout! The view from the balcony was the beautiful grounds and ocean! The grounds were beautiful and very well kept! The location was perfect! With beaches and restaurants and parks very close by! Last, but not all, the Host, Jenny, was amazing! - Very communicative and helpful with all the questions I had while planning our family vacation! I highly recommend this accommodation!

Kamaole Sands is a great resort in South Kihei. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the staff are very friendly. Very walkable to beaches (right across the street) restaurants and shaved ice!Jenny was great to deal with, her condo was lovely, perfect size for a large group.with views of the ocean and Haleakala. There was everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards! Highly recommend Kamaole Sands 2-401

We love this property and have stayed here several times. This unit was clean and fully furnished. The beds could be upgraded, they were not very comfortable but all else was great. We had an issue with some roofers and the owner was very accommodating

Making Maui memories…

We had an incredible stay at this spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo in Maui! Its prime location, just a short walk to beautiful beaches and shops, made it perfect for our family. The unit was well-equipped, comfortable, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. As our plane took off, we already missed the amazing memories. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Kamaole Sands in South Kihei. We have stayed at this resort several times and it was perfect for us. We had one of our daughters stay with us plus our sister in a 3 bedroom unit. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children. We also loved having 3 bathrooms.

Excellent location beautiful accommodations

We stayed here with my husband, 6 year old daughter and my parents. The space was perfect for all of us to feel comfortable. The location is perfect to explore the whole island and Kam III is right across the street and beautiful. The property is gorgeous and the condo is very well equipped. Easy to cook each day and the washer dryer is fast and convenient. Jenny was very responsive and the directions were easy to follow. Would recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Love Maui

Check in was easy and straightforward. We had plenty of space to bring in grocery store food to cook. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and a blender for piña coladas. Parking was plentiful as well. We really appreciated the beach gear and cooler. There was a good starter supply of dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry pods. We definitely bought extra since we were there for 7 nights. The front office was helpful when we had the tsunami warning and they recommended a near by neighborhood to hang out in for the evening. Neighbors were caring and accommodating in some cases. Thankfully we were able to resume our vacation with minimal waves. Mahalo!

Perfect for privacy

Perfect size for our first family stay (3 households, 2 children under 4). End-unit gave us the perfect amount of privacy, while ease of access to pools, beach etc. Jenny was easy to contact, along with the on-site personnel. A/C unit came in handy for keeping the kids comfortable at night so we could explore in the day. Unit was clean and everything you need to stay for your vacation. Highly recommended, would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!!!!

We came for a family summer vacation and this was a perfect spot for our family. We had teenagers and a couple of 6th graders. The beach across the street is just a short walk where the kids loved catching the Boogie Board waves. Awesome sunsets at night too!! Walking to restaurants, shops, and multiple beaches made this spot perfect! We found stunning waters at Maluaka and Keawakapu. Great time for sure and excellent host!! Thank you Maui!!
