This spacious 4-bedroom luxury villa is thoughtfully designed across two levels, offering both privacy and ideal gathering space for up to 8 guests. On the first floor, you’ll find a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a standalone shower. Two additional queen bedrooms are also located on this level and share a full bathroom with a standalone shower. A convenient laundry room is available downstairs for extended stays.

The second floor features the stunning primary master suite with a king bed and a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom complete with a standalone shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. The main living space is also located upstairs, including a half bathroom, an open-concept living room with fireplace, spacious dining area, and fully equipped kitchen perfect for gathering. Step outside to the patio where you’ll find a gas grill and outdoor fireplace — ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes or at the lake.

- Pet Policy: Two pets maximum (Pet Fee: $200 per pet). Additional charges will apply if pets are not disclosed prior to arrival.

- 4 Cars Maximum: No Street Parking Allowed

- Maintenance and Snow Removal: Please note that these are vacation rentals and there is no on-site staff at all times. Maintenance and snow removal services are subject to availability Monday through Friday, and any issues reported after hours will be addressed when staff availability permits.

- Amenities & Supplies: Your Villa is stocked with essential items to get you started. For additional items (like paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), we recommend visiting Target nearby.

- No winter sports of any kind permitted on property. Property may be icy, be cautious.

- Additional Cleaning Fee: A $500 fee will be automatically applied if check out instructions are not completed. They will be sent the day before departure. No questions asked – nonrefundable.

- Property Damage Fee: A $1,000 fee will be automatically applied if any property damage has been caused and not brought to our attention. No questions asked – nonrefundable.
