Very clean and well furnished, super close to Uptown Sedona and all the shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Definitely recommended for a stay in Sedona!
A lovely little unit very close to Uptown Sedona - walkable to shops and restaurants. Beds are comfortable, living room is a cozy space, and the neighborhood is quiet. Best of all, Marissa was super friendly and accessible throughout the stay. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed for one night and it was very nice. Super close to downtown and was very quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here!
We were looking for a quiet place to escape fireworks on new years eve and this place delivered. Nice location and well appointed amenities.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're so glad to hear that our place provided the peaceful escape you were looking for on New Year's Eve. It’s great to know you enjoyed the location and amenities. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!
The property was super clean and made us feel like we were at home! The hot tub was great for a late night/early morning soak and provided a beautiful view of the red rocks! Loved being able to walk into town for coffee and to shop. Already planning our next trip back and would love to stay here again!
Beautiful cozy home! Marissa was a wonderful host, so kind and attentive! We loved being so close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores etc! We would love to visit again in the future!
This was a perfect place for a quick getaway. Had all the things I love. The hot tub had red rock views and located very privately on the side with no neighbors. The location was perfect, walking to uptown was very easy, sidewalk the entire 6 minutes. Bedrooms are on the opposite side of the shared wall so it felt very private and was peaceful.
After we checked in we were told the microwave didn’t work. The toilet is a weird system, it makes a humming sound which is annoying especially at night. The hot tub was the big draw for us. So disappointing, it was dirty and when you turned it on, the light said the filters are dirty so it never got completely hot enough. The Kuerig coffee pot didn’t work. I had a VRBO in Alaska. Don’t advertise it if it doesn’t work!! The place was clean inside and convenient to downtown Sedona.
The perfect home base for staying in Sedona. The place is impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It has every amenity you could need (a lovely new hot tub, comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, a lovely deep bathtub and nice shower, a comfortable living room with a large TV, washer and dryer, an outdoor space to relax, and more). It’s walking distance to restaurants and attractions in the heart of Sedona, but still situated in a nice, quiet residential area. A very close drive (10ish minutes) to the trailheads of many popular hikes. Marissa and Jason were very accommodating hosts—they are great communicators and go out of their way to help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Sedona!
