About this property

Walk to Lifts, Mtn View, Indoor Hot Tub and Pool, Underground Parking!

At Ski Run, you will enjoy a great view of Keystone Mountain from your deck! A short 5-minute walk will have you at the new 6-person Peru lift at the Mountain House base which offers terrain for all levels of skiers. Beginners can learn on the Discovery lift at the base, which offers viewing access to friends and family.

Our unit offers one underground parking space with elevator access and a convenient ski locker. You'll also have access to an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna!

Our conveniently located condo is truly our home away from home. It is well-appointed and offers amenities such as condiments, paper products, games, puzzles, washer/dryer in-unit, etc. that you won't find elsewhere. We continually strive to keep our unit upgraded. You'll enjoy granite countertops, stainless appliances, new lighting, new furniture, new bedding, etc.

Our unit has a king-size bed in the master with an attached full bathroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom (this is a loft) with an attached 3/4 bath, and three single beds in a third bedroom that share the 3/4 bath. It is best suited for families.
Maximum occupancy is seven persons.

We will consider hypoallergenic/non-shedding pets. Please inquire directly if you are considering bringing your furry friend on vacation.

FREE shuttle buses serve all Summit County areas including Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.

Several restaurants are within walking distance including Snake River Saloon, Dos Locos, and Pizza 101. Take the shuttle bus to Keystone Lake or River Run for additional options. There are several small groceries in Keystone, but your best bet will be to stock up at Whole Foods in Frisco or City Market in Silverthorne.

There are also several ski rental shops within walking distance. SnowDance Sports is next door, Mountain View Sports is across the street and Christy Sports is down the road. In every case, you'll find the best deal booking online in advance.

Keystone is part of Vail Resorts. You'll find the best deal on lift tickets by visiting www.epicpass.com. Check out the Keystone Plus, Summit Value, Epic Local or Epic Day passes as options. Passes are only sold through Dec 5, 2021!!! If you miss that window, you'll have to purchase regular lift tickets.

For those who don't ski, consider tubing atop Keystone Mountain or at the Frisco Adventure Center, ice skating at the Lake, cross country skiing or snowshoeing from the Keystone Nordic center, shopping at the outlets in Silverthorne, visiting the historic mining town of Breckenridge (which also offers great shopping), snowmobiling from Tiger Run, sledding near Lake Dillon, or even hiking many accessible trails nearby (depending on conditions) including the Keystone Gulch Trail, Meadow Loop, and Ridge Trail, and Peru Creek.

We are avid skiers and have owned in Keystone since the 80s. As the reviews attest, we have a great unit, we are easy to work with, and have great local knowledge of the area. We look forward to sharing our vacation home with you!

The unit was perfect for our family vacation. We were able to access the ski areas and the walk to Keystone village was about 20 minutes. The kitchen was well equipped and the boot dryer was a great asset! The beds were extremely comfortable and the great assortment of games kept us busy and entertained. We would definitely recommend this staying here.

Great condo with everything you need

This was our first trip to Keystone. Condo was great - lots of room and kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Easy to find and access, ski rentals were right around the corner. Would definitely stay again!

Great Christmas vacation

Brought the family and our dog for a beautiful vacation at Keystone. The condo was the perfect layout for us and close enough to the mountain to walk to the slopes. Had a great time.

Great ski vacation! Good location, able to walk to the slopes. Very nice to have indoor parking for one vehicle and elevator to condo. Condo was well stocked with all of the essentials, almost too well stocked as there was no cabinet for food. Would recommend and would stay again.

Wow Condo!

The condo could not have been better. Impressively stocked, cleaned, and larger than we expected. Plenty of room for our family of 6. The view was excellent. The owner was a pleasure and there was plenty of information present in the condo. We would definitely return and highly recommend.

Overall this place is great. Easy walk to to lifts, nicely furnished, and very spacious. My only peeve is that it's listed as 3 bedrooms but one of the bedrooms is a loft. It wouldn't dissuade me from booking this place but would have been nice to know when comparing to other properties.

Great distance from slopes

Thoroughly enjoyed this unit. Kid friendly sleeping arrangements and owner provided some baby items so we didn't have to pack as much. It took literally 8 minutes in full ski gear from door to lift (great price for that proximity. Netflix and wii!

Convenient and Practical place

This place met all our requirements. Underground parking was nice in that we didn't have to clear snow. Grocery stores are close by. The apartment was very cozy and had everything we needed. It even had an air tube fan where you put air tubes into your Ski boots at the end of the day and overnight it dries them up so next morning as you go to ski, you have dry Ski boots! We will stay here again!

Presidents weekend 13

We got in Thursday afternoon and the condo was very easy to find, a big plus after a morning of travel. We got to explore the area in the daylight big plus. 5 min walk to lift at mountain house huge plus!!!! The condo is very nice might have been a little small for the size group we had(7) the condo is very clean and up to date. The owner checked in a couple times to make sure we were doing fine. She helped us regulate our heating issue so everything was good. We had a great 3 days on the mountain wish it could have been longer. I would give it a rating of 4.5 stars and would defiantly stay with them again very responsive to phone calls and e mail. Thanks again we loved your place! The crew from st Lou.

Great condo in a great location. The layout of the condo is great for families with kids, the upstairs would sleep 4-5 kids with ease. We especially liked the 5-min walk to the lifts, much better than taking the shuttles or parking. I would rent this condo again it available for our next Keystone ski trip.

We have stayed in several condos in Keystone, and this one is my favorite of them all. It is clean. The furnishings are nice. The kitchen is well equipped, and having garage parking was so nice. All these things made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

This condo was clean and very well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could need. The owner always responded quickly when I had a question. It was very convenient to Keystone. We enjoyed the games and puzzles. It worked out perfectly for our family.

Perfect Family Condo

Our family of 5 stayed for 1 week where we felt like we were in our own home. The condo was very cozy and had ample space for everyone. The pantry and closets were stocked with everything. The are cubbies in the closet for helmets and a “warming station” for boots just inside the door. Our 3 teenage daughters loved lounging in the upstairs bedroom, loft and downstairs living room. The pool/hot tub/sauna at the back of the building were fabulous after walking back from a day on the slopes. Highly recommend.

We are Geoff Hiland and Kristen (Hiland) Bergeson, brother and sister, natives to Colorado. This condo has been an integral part of our family and our lives since the 1980s. Growing up as ski racers, our family spent countless weekends either training or racing from October through March every winter. As we grew older, the condo became the party pad where we hung out with friends. Now we have families of our own and the cycle is beginning all over again. We hope you'll enjoy our condo as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Keystone is an ideal location due to its proximity to Denver and the front range, plus it is an easy drive to several other mountain locales including Breckenridge, Copper Mtn, Vail and Beaver Creek. During the winter, Keystone is a family-friendly mountain with great terrain for all abilities. In the summer there are also plenty of activities including beer and wine festivals, biking and hiking.

What makes this property unique

Great view of Keystone mountain. Walk to Mountain House base area in approximately 5 minutes - this base area offers terrain for everyone and if you don't ski, you can watch others in your group in kids ski school or on the beginner slopes.
We use our condo frequently so we want to make sure it has everything we and YOU need to enjoy your stay. That includes cookware, crock pot, coffee maker, etc. We also ensure we have plenty of TP, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, condiments, some spices, etc.
