Welcome to our newly renovated apartment in a vintage Fremont building. You'll love the classic charm of the neighborhood combined with modern updates in this two bedroom unit. The apartment comes equipped with all new appliances, making it easy to whip up a delicious meal in your new home. The building is also pet friendly, so your furry friends are welcome to join you. Located in the heart of Fremont, you'll have all the conveniences of city living right at your doorstep. Whether you want to explore the local shops and restaurants, or hop on public transportation to discover other parts of the city, everything is just a stone's throw away. Don't miss out on the chance to make this apartment your new home.

Any guest staying more than 30 days agree that they have no intention of asserting any sort of tenancy rights outside of their rights through Airbnb.

Upon owners discretion,
I welcome well behaved pets however, due to a series of problems with pets and damage, I am limiting this unit to 2 pets. I am also charging an additional $10 per night for pets (not per pet) for stays under 14 days. I will charge an extra flat $50 for stays over 14 days.

I do not welcome barking or destructive dogs. I will charge a $100 fee if there is complaints about barking by other guests or if I hear unreasonable barking.

The suite met our needs and we had a lovely stay. The street parking is definitely tricky. The listing pictures capture the many unique and thoughtful touches of the suite, although it is a wee bit more lived in. Perfect walking distance to Fremont Ave for great eats.

Quick Seattle trip

The property is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to two great neighborhoods with a lot of bars, restaurants, and other sights. Only a couple of blocks from the bus stops that get you anywhere in town very quickly. Great host!

A mini vacation full of shopping, great food and relaxation.

We enjoyed the Fremont area very much. There were many places to walk to which were near the house. Lots of great places to eat.

Perfect location

Centrally located to just about everything. We stayed at the downstairs unit and it was very nicely decorated with plenty of supplies and equipment you could use. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location in the future

Cute, clean and cozy

We got this property for a short trip to Seattle. It was the perfect size for 2 couples and walking distance to pretty much anything you'd want to do in Fremont. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

My husband and I stayed here with our adult teen daughter while visiting our oldest, who lives a short walk away. Great location, a very cute, comfortable, and clean space, absolutely perfect for our needs. She let us check in a couple of hours early, which was SO appreciated since we were all tired from our early morning flight. Definitely a place we will return to!

We were in town looking for a place to live and found this apartment to be the perfect jumping off point. It's close to everything. The owner was super helpful and responded immediately to all of our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Nice quiet spot

This was a nice, as advertised apartment in Seattle's Fremont district close to many options for dining and night life. Also, walking distance to Lake Union Hot Tub boats!! We had an enjoyable visit to see some Kraken Hockey and hot tub boats!

Good stay

The apartment was great. The only problem was the smell of some cat pee in one bedroom area. Toilet wouldn’t flush, so had to open the tank each time to flush. Good location for my visit. Plenty of space and nice kitchen too.

Awesome and Clean Fremont Two Bedroom

We loved this cute and modern garden apartment. The kitchen was very modern, clean and well-stocked with everything you need. Nice appliances. Comfortable and nicely decorated living area with streaming TV. Rooms were nicely decorated as well. Master mattress very comfortable. Fans keep the place nice and cool. Nice updated shower and plenty of room in adorable bathroom. Guest room nice too. Owner super nice and gave us a ton of great Seattle Recommendations. We fell in love with Fremont. Two things of of note: buy your own ground codfee…you do not need filters and parking is hard after 5pm so be prepared for that. Safe neighborhood and secure building. Would stay again.

Great location, parking is terrible

Overall, we had a nice stay. The proximity to downtown Seattle and tourist attractions was very close, the owner provided helpful tips about the area, and the unit was clean. King bed was very comfortable. Street parking is required and it was terrible to find parking in the evenings. We saw someone hit another car three times while trying to parallel park, which made me nervous about the rental car getting damaged during our stay. There are two flights of steps outside and another flight inside to get to the unit - be aware for lifting heavy suitcases or people with disabilities. It was unusually hot during our visit (80 degrees some days) and the unit did not have A/C - it was not listed on the amenities so that was my fault for not double checking. Fans were provided in each bedroom, which helped. Overall, we had a positive experience.

Pictures don’t do the place justice

Well appointed. Nice fixtures and touches throughout. Great kitchen and appliances. Great area. Enjoyed our stay. Owner was great. The only issue was the the queen mattress in the first bedroom has seen better days, but even at its best it is a cheap, soft, uneven, unsupportive mattress. Pillows were not the best either but made it work. It also would have been nice to provide some coffee given the filters and coffee maker provided but really picking nits there. Overall would highly recommend and stay here again. Just get a new mattress!
