About this property

One Queen bed Studio, can sleep up to two more on pull out couch. Unique condo that includes deeded beach access on the South side and Boat access on the North side. Development includes tennis courts, hot tub, swimming pool, lounging areas, grills, boat and kayak launch, piers and fish cleaning station. Unit has Small Kitchen, spacious bathroom and closet, Washer/ Dryer, T.V., Extra refrigerator. Top floor gives breathtaking views of beach front and bay front. Does NOT have a balcony. Parking for cars, boat trailers available for a fee.

Cute place - great area

The only reason I gave the "accuracy of listing" 4 stars instead of 5 is b/c the pictures really didn't do the place justice. It was much cuter than expected. Studio was perfect for my daughter and me for a quick last beach getaway before school starts again. Loved the area. Nice little pool. We enjoyed playing tennis right on the bay. Beach right across the street - no balcony but great ocean view out of the window from 9th floor. It was affordable for us and we would definitely stay again.
