We enjoyed our stay, the home was cozy and clean, stocked with essentials and toiletries and had a booster seat for my baby to use. The host was quick to respond to our needs and the neighborhood was quiet and we even took an evening walk with no issues. Tv’s in the bedrooms with streaming services available was a plus.

Great Neighborhood and very quiet. You have all the privacy in the backyard. It is super close to beaches, downtown saint Petersburg and like 45 mins from Tampa. Really great family home to stay at and I would recommend it. Good at messaging back and fast.

End of Florida vacation

Comfortable beds and freshly painted walls. Unusally well supplied bathroom with new towels as well. The security system and key lock worked very as we found out when it went off from my stir fry! Live and learn.

Clean and Well Appointed

We were impressed with the owners timely and attentiveness to all our questions/concerns. She responded quickly each time we contacted her. The house was very clean. The back yard needed mowing when we arrived, which was addressed in two days. We were not impressed with the neighbourhood, but it was safe and very quiet. The unit rental was reasonably priced.
