Family vacation

Great house with plenty of room for everyone. There were games and toys for kids and adults that came in very helpful and fun. The pool is close by for quick trips whenever we wanted and the golf cart made getting downtown or to the beach a breeze.

Lovely Getaway

This property is beautiful! It is in a small community close to both the downtown and beach access. The house itself is gorgeous and perfect for three families with small children. The common areas are spacious and the bedrooms are perfect. The house came with all of the amenities you could need to cook, grill, or relax at the beach or pool. The rental of the golf cart was such a convenient bonus especially because you can take it into town. Communication with the host was so easy. The two community pools were awesome, too. We will absolutely be coming back!

Great house, not great communication

Overall the home was very nice, comfortable, and clean. We comfortably fit 6 adults and 3 kids with places to sleep as well as eat and hang out. The house was also extremely well stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella, towels, etc., kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and children’s items (high chair, pack and play) - however none of that info was in the listing so we packed all of those things. The pool in the complex was nice and not too crowded but pretty far from the house (15 min walk) and the listing stated that there would be a pool right by the house by early summer - so we expected to have that - and it was no where near completion. There is a very small public beach access that is about a 20 minute walk so we rented the golf cart to be able to more easily get to the beach but received conflicting information about what roads we could drive on and I’m not sure there was actually any way to leave the neighborhood in the golf cart. We still used the golf cart to get to the pool and back since it was so far away. The code to the pool that we were given didn’t work. The code for the golf cart key also did not work. The maintenance guy had to come help us out with both of those things and was extremely nice. The wifi password we were given did not work and despite multiple phone calls it was our third day there before we had wifi access. Overall we had a great trip and really enjoyed our stay but had some inconveniences. Would be much better if pool was finished
