The Space:

From the moment you enter, you're greeted by a bright, open-concept living room where modern design meets laid-back lakeside charm. Soft blue furnishings and cool wood accents create a calming atmosphere, reflecting the peaceful waters just a stone's throw away. Adjacent to the living room, the cozy main-level Den features a Queen Sleeper Sofa, offering a perfect retreat for guests who prefer to avoid multiple sets of stairs. Guests enjoy full access to Woodland Harbor Marina, where you can rent boats, kayaks, canoes, or golf carts for even more lakeside adventures.



Harbor Club’s resort-style amenities feature two pools and clubhouses for guest enjoyment. Swim year-round in the brand-new enclosed pool, clubhouse, and hot tub located in the center of the community. The second pool and clubhouse, open from May to September, is located at Woodland Marina and offers stunning views to complement your swim.



Explore lush trails and scenic walking paths, including the Kal Haven Trail, which connects to the Van Buren Trail for even more outdoor adventures. The Neighborhood:

The Harbor Club community is tucked among 40 acres of preserved woodlands and wetlands and is just a few blocks to the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan. Guests have full access to the Woodland Harbor Marina community clubhouse and seasonal heated pool where you can rent boats, kayaks, golf carts and canoes. Lush trails and walking paths surround the community including the Kal Haven Trail which also connects to the Van Buren Trail. Downtown is just a short golf-cart ride away and features fantastic dining, boutique shopping and entertainment options.



Other Things to Note:

Parking: Parking for up to 4 vehicles; 2 vehicles may park in the garage, and 2 vehicles may park in the driveway

Pets: None Allowed

Beach Access: 1st Street Beach access is only a 10 minute walk away

Pool Access: Harbor Club now offers a four-seasons luxury pool and hot tub, located on the north end of the community. The original community pool is still an option as well, and is open Memorial Day through Labor Day

Your Shores Vacation Rentals team are local area experts who know all of the ins and outs of our beautiful homes in South Haven.



We're available in person Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, to assist guests in planning their South Haven vacation and providing insider tips for an authentic local experience.



For our incoming guests:



Before your arrival, you will receive all pertinent check-in information communicated via email and mobile SMS messaging, as well as a local destination guide with our personal recommendations on local eats and activities in the area.



We provide an after-hours emergency phone number in case an issue arises outside of our standard business hours. Additionally, we provide you with a mobile SMS number that you can text for non-emergency issues.
