About this property

Beautiful, contemporary furnished home in the Beach Colony! Steps away to the world renown Del Mar Beach, and walking distance to the racetrack, restaurants and shops. Everyone loves the location!

This custom home is spacious, clean and bright with hardwood floors and granite counter tops. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor room to entertain family and friends.

In addition to 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, there is a workspace in the large downstairs bedroom with a built-in desk and shelving. Each bedroom has ample space, good sized closets, Smart TVs, and ceiling fans for when you don't want to use the central AC.

The living area is sunny and bright with comfortable seating and ample space to unwind. It opens up to the dining area and kitchen, which has plenty of counter space and shelving. Past the kitchen is the laundry room, which features a new washer/dryer unit.

It's large, unique rooftop deck provides peak ocean and fairground views. Plenty of room to eat, drink and lounge. The backyard is perfect for pets, and includes an outdoor shower, relaxing backyard seating area and a lemon tree. The front balcony's rocking chairs are to be enjoyed at any hour.

Bright & Beachy is located in walking distance to the world renown beautiful Del Mar beach. The beach is known for its wide sandy shorelines and crystal-clear waters. It is a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, and surfing. Our home is also in walking distance of the famous Del Mar Fairgrounds, which hosts the San Diego County Fair every year. The fairgrounds also host other events throughout the year, including horse racing and concerts.

What makes this property unique

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, foot traffic is minimal making for quiet privacy. The roof is literally one big roof deck, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset or watch the SD Fair fireworks.
