About this property
Bright Sausalito Home with Panoramic Bay Views
Looking for month or longer bookings. Please DM me.
This gorgeous house is nestled in the hillsides of Sausalito with spectacular views of the Bay. Bright. High ceilings. Wake up to the most amazing views. Have your morning coffee or afternoon drinks up on the rooftop deck, or walk into town for fabulous restaurants. Fully wired, Sonos, Alexa, 3 TVs, Apple TV and guest iPad. Huge executive desk for work from home. Cycling, running trails, paddle-boarding -- it's all here.
The space
This is a great place for working from home. There's a huge built-in desk in the living room with a Herman Miller chair.
Guest access
This is an entire house. The host lives in the attached in-law unit which is where the shared washer/dryer is at the moment. Everything else is private use for guests.
Other things to note:
The city of Sausalito has a policy of one month minimum stays. For that reason, I try to work my calendar so I don't have gaps I'm not allowed to rent. I frequently get guests staying as long as 3 to 4 months.

About the host
Hosted by Peter Avritch
I'm a software developer and computer geek. I've lived in Sausalito for over 12 years now and I can surely point anyone in the right direction when scoping out things to do in town or in San Francisco.
Why they chose this property
Just look at the photos -- the views are to die for, and that includes from the living room, dining room, master bedroom and rooftop deck. This house is located just off the first exit after crossing the Golden Gate Bridge. It takes only six minutes from the driveway and across the bridge into the City. Locally, you can walk to our famous downtown restaurants and the ferry in about 10 minutes. We've also got excellent biking and running trails.
What makes this property unique
There is a huge executive desk and Herman Miller chair for people who work from home and are tired of working on the kitchen table. Wake up and have your morning espresso or latte on the roof deck and enjoy the Bay views; or chill out on the roof deck with a glass of wine in the evening.
