This is the premier villa in a premier Scottsdale location. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath, villa is located at Sunrise Villas in Old Town Scottsdale. Our condo is located on the ground floor, end-unit with covered parking right out the door.

This luxurious condo comes with all the amenities! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, cherry cabinets, and travertine floors. Plus it comes fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, utensils, pots, pans, everything you need to make your stay truly relaxing! The spacious living room has a smart TV. The bedroom has a mirror/dresser and a California King size bed with smart TV. The bathroom features granite counter tops with dual sinks and tiled shower. There is a front load washer & dryer in the unit for your use. After a long day of golfing and shopping enjoy the Arizona evening on one of the two private patios complete with table, chairs, and tiled floors.

This is a great location! You are on the Continental Golf Course and within walking distance to world renowned art galleries, San Francisco Giants spring training, fabulous gourmet restaurants and shopping centers.

This is a wonderful place. The location is close to Old Town, plus nearby stores and shops. The unit has 2 patios and is stocked with all the necessities in the kitchen and has laundry in unit. The pool is heated, so can be used into winter. The host is responsive and helpful. It was a great stay.

Fabulous

Pictures on VRBO were extremely accurate. Initial entry was easily achieved. Covered parking with security light very close by. Kitchen fully functional with great supplies. Furniture very comfortable especially the bed. Cupboards well supplied with hangers. Overall one of our best VRBO experiences. Would recommend.

The property fit the description: end unit, two patios, very close parking spot. Good supply of paper towels, kleenex, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, handsoap. We like being by the Indian Bend Wash Paths.

We are sorry you had such a negative experience, but are surprised by the review you left. We had several communications and this guest never expressed any dissatisfaction. Upon moving in when asked if everything was ok the reply was, "Yes, everything is ok, no complaints from us" (smiley face). It would have been helpful in the review if you stated specifics, so it is really hard to tell what the reason was for this review. Our pictures are taken from our phones - it accurately reflects our property. It would be hard to find a better value in OldTown Scottsdale.

Lots of mismatch, clutter, disorganization, corroded fixtures, cheap furniture and thrift shop decor. Just not what the pictures depict. I felt taken as soon as I walked in. Of course no refunds.

In our communications with Dave when he arrived and departed, he indicated everything was fine, and then to make these remarks and say he was never offered a refund is puzzling. We are sorry our guest did not like our condo, all our other guests have had only good remarks. We feel our condo is a great value for guests looking for a Scottsdale vacation.

Christmas holiday 2014

We really liked the condo and our holiday, despite the cold (for Scottsdale) weather. The condo is as described on the web site, is well located, and was very clean and very well appointed: everything we needed was there. It is centrally located, and we used the two bicycles for enjoyable daily rides on the bike trails, which started just a short distance from the condo. [Many thanks to Scott and Leann for letting us use their bicycles.] Grocery stores were nearby, as were many restaurants, Old Town, etc. We enjoyed visiting the Frank Lloyd Wright home (in Taliesin West) and hiking the trails in the Sonoran Preserve, which are quite close and easy to get to from the nearby highway. We very highly recommend the condo to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday. Many thanks to Scott and Leann.

Amazing stay in scottsdale!

We absolutely loved this condo, the pool and gym were amazing. Everyone we met in the community was so nice and friendly. The location is amazing, very close to old town, and tons of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. We will definitely be returning :)

Real nice place to stay.

We enjoyed the two different patios. They gave us sun or shade depending on the hour. We were only 15 min. From the Cubs spring training site. We were within 5min. Of Continental golf course and Coronado golf course and 15 min. From Rolling Hills golf course.

Awesome condo complex, great pool and hot tub. Always being manicured. Good grocery shopping with in walking distance very close to old scottsdale. Easy access to freeway and the rest of Phoenix ... our landlord was quick and responsive to any questions or concerns. We would definately stay again!

The place was great! Awesome location right in Scottsdale. Close to shops, library, and fitness centers. Both pools and the gym facility were all excellent. Modern and clean. The condo is on the ground floor which was a plus. Two patio spaces. And it was so handy to have Scott and LeAnn's bikes available to us. We used them quite a bit. Beautiful place right on the golf course. Would definitely stay again. Quick responses from the owners. They were very helpful. Thanks S & L!

Great location and amenities

I had a great time. The condo is fully stocked with anything you would need for a few week stay. The complex has two pools and an exercise room. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants close by and Old Town is a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Scottsdale.

Loved the condo and it's conveniently located near Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix and the 101 freeway. Owners Scott and Leann were gracious hosts and could not be more accommodating. The place was clean and equipped with everything from kitchen utensils to bikes. My wife and I stayed here during a home renovation and made it our home away from home. Highly recommended.

Our Christmas 2012 Scottsdale vacation

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful Christmas vacation at Scott & Leann's beautiful Scottsdale Condo. Everything was just as described, and we had no issues/problems whatsoever. The home was spotless clean, and had everything to make our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The location, just blocks from Old Town Scottsdale is ideal for shopping and dining. We REALLY enjoyed the use of the bikes for daily rides on the green belt parkway just behind the condo, which goes for miles north and south. We also enjoyed hiking in Scottsdale's McDowell Sonoran Preserve just north of town - the trails are amazing! This was the perfect place to stay at a very affordable price! Why they chose this property

This is the premier location in the Phoenix area! The condo is about a 20 minute drive from the airport. We enjoy relaxing in our villa, eating at the great restaurants, and checking out all the other attractions that are only a short walk away. We also have family a few minutes from our villa. Once you visit, you'll keep coming back as well!

What makes this property unique

We couldn't believe walking into our villa after it was remodeled and redecorated, it was much more than we anticipated. The granite counter tops, bar, tiled shower, and dual bathroom sinks really set things off. The bed is big and very comfortable. We also enjoy the two patios, choosing to be in the sun or out, depending upon the season. Walking and biking trails are right out your door as is the Continental golf course. We visit Bashas grocery store located just across the street daily when we are at our villa. There are an endless number of restaurants to choose from, lots of shopping, baseball and almost any activity you want!!
