Be aware of parking fees and full stock cooking wares. We have to pay additional parking and it wasn't set up on the contract. Limited cooking wares. We ended up had to buy a cooking pan. Thank God a Walmart was close by.

Our stay at twin palms was awsome It was amazing! Gladd I booked ,Me and my two daughters had a great time It was a great feeling right on the beach esthetic and scenic balcony views The only issue I encountered was getting the right codes to get through the entrances upon arrival But it was resolved shortly afterwards .. very beautiful stay!! Will book again soon

Location to the beach and shopping was awesome. View of the beach and ocean from the private balcony was incredible. Wish they would supply enough toilet paper, kleenex, trashbags, etc. for guests entire stay. But overall experience was amazing.

Overall it looked clean at first glance but its been a while since floors were mopped. There was an exhaust vent cover laying master bathroom sink and vent was filthy dusty/lint. The shower curtain was unassembled and in bathroom closet.... rusty and needs replacing. In second bathroom, the shower curtain was in pieces and in the closet, unusable. The paint on the bathroom walls was flaking off and laying on the floor meaning to me that someone didn't clean that floor before we arrived. Window shade in sm bedroom was broken letting security light in all nightSeveral nail holes in walls, especially behind entrance door. There was a vase under a table next to the TV that was broken and arrangement was pulled down over broken side. The swing on the balcony needs to be replaced. Chains were about rusted through and when we sat on it, it sagged making us think it was going to collapse.

This condo was wonderful! The view was incredible! It was clean and very well stocked with different cookware and dishes. Pool was beautiful and so was the hot tub. It is a gated condo so we felt safe and secure. It was spring break time but it wasn't loud with all the young kids on the beach. I would highly recommend this place for your family Our grandkids loved the little indoor pool. It was the right size for.them. The parking ramp was good too but beware if you have a tall vehicle. My family had to park on the outside of the building because they had a sprinter van. There are 3 spots in the front to park. Otherwise it was perfect!

I recently stayed at the Twin Palms #405. The room was clean and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location was convenient, being close to the beach and stores. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

The location of the condo is perfect, beautiful view off the belcony! The beds in both rooms were terrible, big hollow in each bed. The sheets didn’t fit the mattress, had to continually pull them over the mattress. The second bathrooms toilet was not fully anchored to the floor and seat also was wobbly. The whole inside needs to be updated, old appliances and furniture. On the patio there was a swing that was so rusty and rickety, it wasn’t safe to sit on. None of the cushions fit the chairs and there was a broken chair in the corner.

We have been to this specific unit at Twin Palms for years. The first time we came we loved it, overlooking some of the minor issues because of the great view. But, many of those issues still exist years later. This time we also ran into an issue with parking, so no more forgiveness. We used to get up to 2 parking passes included in the rental. This time, when we got to the unit and noticed the passes weren't in there, I called to get them and found out they switched to a new online service that ended up costing us 100 - to park at the top of the garage in unassigned spots. They said they sent an email Aug 1st, but it wasn't in my inbox, junk, deleted, etc. I booked the trip 7 months ago!Here are some other issues:1) Furiture is VERY old and dirty. The iron deck furniture is rusted, which ended up ruining some of our clothes and towels2) Dishwasher STILL isn't attached (wobbles) and does NOT clean well. Had to re-wash things multiple times.3) Oven is very old..takes forever just to boil water4) Refrigerator wasn't keeping our food cold so they had to send someone out. Appears all they did was dial the temp down from 6 to 5. If that's the case, why not note that somewhere!!?? 5) Dryer had a constant VERY loud squeel...extremely annoying.2 years ago we had an issue with the AC not getting below 73, even at night. They said it was fine, but magically it's fine last year and this year. At least that worked.We will NEVER rent this unit again.

Great beach condo furniture a bit outdated (old) a bit beat up especially patio furniture. Patio door wouldn't lock (rusted) beds were comfortable but otherwise had a great time.

We had a wonderful time. We loved the convenience of everything.

The unit was just like it was described. The pictures were very accurate of the unit. We loved being right on the beach. The pools were nice and clean. Walking distance to shops and dinners. We would definitely come back!

My stay in RM405 at Twin Palms

Everything on the property was clean and nice. Easy access to the beach and pool. The only thing for me was the patio furniture was old.It needs to be updated and the washer made a wierd noise when we used it but other that everything was great.
