CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

This is the third time that we’ve stayed in this unit over the past six years. The accommodations are always first rate and the hosts are always so helpful in making sure that we are comfortable. The views from the balcony are outstanding and the beach was beautiful, as usual. We hope to return in the Spring.

The place was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Awesome views and a very responsive company. We had the dishwasher leak and the repairman was there quickly and fixed the issue. I would stay here again for sure.

It's a corner unit on the top floor of the building which was a surprise to the group! We absolutely loved staying there and will definitely be coming back! Easy parking and close to everything. Stunning views as well!

We were all very impressed with this place! The views were AMAZING. Every morning we were able to step out on the balcony and watch dolphins, sting rays, and even spotted a few small sharks. Very accommodating for our large group of 10 (3 families). Quite a few of nice amenities as well! Would highly recommend to stay here!

Amazing condo!

We loved this condo! Beautiful, bright, and happy. Everything you could want is there and is top notch. Especially loved the master bedroom and the Temperpedic mattress.

Perfect place

Can’t express how much we enjoyed this condo. All the rooms were spacious and very clean. The main living area was spacious with plenty of sitting room for all 8 of us. The large balcony also had plenty of sitting for all of us. Check in and check out was pain free. If we come back to this area, we will definitely stay here again.

Huge place.

Great location and condition. Plenty of room for all ten of us. On-site building security and management office were also a plus for when we couldn't reach the owner's listing agent. If there was any con at all, I would say the location and size of the pool, but since we spent most of our time on the beach, it was not an issue at all for us. We would definitely stay there again.

Stunning

This place was everything we needed. Gorgeous and very clean. Kitchen had everythingwe needed. My only complaint is the frying pans were terrible and the knives not very sharp. Furniture was very nice and beds were comfortable. Balcony had plenty of seating. Perfect for large families. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was as pictured! Wonderful space. My only complaint is that the rental company did not answer any questions prior to our arrival on site. I sent three unanswered messages. However, once on site, they responded to text quickly and allowed us to have a late check out which was greatly appreciated

Floor to ceiling windows

Your management team was TOP NOTCH!! They were friendly, knowledgeable and did a tremendous job working. Our biggest beef came from the owner who refused to PROPERLY ADDRESS the missing drapes on the floor to ceiling windows facing the glare from the sun so it was IMPOSSIBLE to view the TV in the living room. The sofa bed was ABYSMAL to try to sit on. The condo is beautiful and has an outstanding view of the gulf. Our only complaint was the sofa and missing drapes.

Penthouse Paradise

Extremely roomy and welcoming. The team responded very quickly to a couple of maintenance issues. I did suggest to them that in the future they send a text before sending someone over. Only two complaints: 1. property is not safety prepared. There are no grab bars in any of the bathrooms, in the shower/tub areas or near toilets. One of our guests uses a cane and fell getting out of the shower. 2. poor lighting over the kitchen table. It needs a much better light fixture.

Soccer Beach Getaway

Amazing place to stay. Beautiful views. Unfortunately, the elevator broke and we were on top floor and that presented some challenges for some of our guests. We had soccer games to be at so we trucked down the stairs. We weren't able to return for lunch due to not all guests could climb the stairs. Also, our game times were changed on check out day, we requested late checkout and were told it shouldn't be an issue. Then the morning of (about an hour before the original checkout) we were told late checkout was not available. So, unfortunately, we were rushing out. Also, had a little hiccup with parking. We reserved for 14 people. They were only going to allow 2 vehicles to be parked (and that’s paying for second vehicle) at location and other vehicle needed to be parked at another location. With 14 people it's a little difficult to cram into 2 vehicles with sports gear. We went in December, and let’s just say there were plenty of open spots, and they were not willing to work with us at all.

Lovely condo, great property manager.. just needs some upgrades

Great location, quiet and family friendly. Beach access very nice. Condo is Well laid out for a family. Huge balcony with lots of comfortable seating. Property management great communication and follow up. Only one elevator working during most of our stay. We’d probably stay again. However, the owners need to do some things to make this a 5-star penthouse property. Master bed was comfortable but the guest beds were not. (we purchased a foam mattress topper to get a good nights sleep). Kitchen furnishings not adequate for a 4 BR luxury condo. Dishes are chipped and need replacing, only 5 mugs, and just a 6 inch fry pan. Dishwasher detergent dispenser didn’t work and the kitchen faucet needs replacing. All are fairly inexpensive fixes, and if addressed we’ll definitely come back with our family
