You couldn't find a better property or view. We will definitely stay here again. Elevator made it easy for my 80 year old mother to maneuver. Great beach access.

The room has a great view of the beach overlooking the pool. This is probably the best condo rental I’ve ever had in PCB. The staff were constantly cleaning the grounds. I’ll definitely come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach was beautiful and grounds well maintained. Pool kept very clean. Our AC unit broke on the last evening and maintenance was prompt, professional and had the issue resolved within 3 hours. The unit itself was nice; the skillets need replaced as everything we cooked would stick. There were not enough blankets so I recommend bringing your own as well as pillows, which need replaced. No clothing hangers were available either. No blender was available so we had to purchase our own. Overall it is a nice unit with a great beach view in a well maintained condo complex.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so excited for our first stay at Pelican, and what a huge disappointment. The two queen beds in 812 are a joke. So hard,old and cheap! The loud noises of the broken down springs when you sit on the bed are the best part! It was so bad when we sat down we had to laugh because it was horrible! We woke up in so much pain because it is worse than sleeping on the floor. I was ashamed to have guests in this room, so I took it out of embarrassment. I have stayed at hotels and condos all over the country, and this is the worst beds I have ever seen! The outlets in this room behind the beds don't work half the time. One of the oultlets is broken completely. So I had to use two extensions cord just to reach to charge our phones. Blinds in all rooms are in poor condition and missing,broken blinds. No privacy! Doors where people touch are dirty and black. You have to flush toliets 2 or 3 times for toliet paper to go down. It looks so nice in pictures, just not so great in person. Outside of the condo was beautiful and well kept. They should care more for the inside. We spent a lot of money on this vacation to have nowhere comfortable to sleep was my biggest problem and reason for not booking again.
