Welcome!! Beautiful home located in the South Valley. Perfect to relax with the whole family or just yourself! This home has 2 full bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room, a stocked kitchen and complimentary coffee and creamer for the guests, with a stackable washer and dryer, and access to a huge front yard with private parking.

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home with a fenced yard.
* 1 queen size bed

*Stocked kitchen with pans, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, microwave.
*The living room has comfortable couches and a smart TV.

Guest access
The house is a duplex home. The driveway/ front yard is shared, just make sure to park your vehicles right in front of the home, inside the fenced yard. The home is not shared!! You’ll have the whole house to yourself.
Very peaceful neighborhood.

It is about 5 minutes away from a shopping center; Walmart, Ross, Ulta, Shoe Department, IMAX Theater, Starbucks and much more.
* 13 minutes away from downtown.

(Disclosure): The neighborhood is a suburban rural mix feel. This property is located in the south valley and Insects are a part of life here in the southwest. While I make every effort to stay on top of pest control and regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent, I cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see an occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a quiet area, but close to the things we wanted to do. The unit was clean and cozy, and it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the shower was really nice and the washer and dryer were a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Albuquerque trip for GON

Cute place, in an older neighborhood right off Historic Route 66. You can hear the roosters in the neighborhood surrounding the home early in the morning. Really felt secure, didn't worry about our motorcycles nor truck & trailer.

South Albuquerque Stay

The property was very clean and had a recently updated vibe to it. Most furnishings and appliances seemed new. Plenty of room for a small family or two couples. A little bit south of the airport with a rural feel to it.

Cozy and quiet at home feeling

The property was maintained well with updated features throughout. There are a few minor details to be ironed out. The shower curtain smelled of mildew after the first shower, toilet paper dispenser was nearly falling off the wall before use and the water from the sink faucet took ages to warm up. I think it is time to change the sheets on the bedding in the larger bedroom before use it clearly had visible stains from prior visits. I would recommend this property to friends and family and definitely consider staying again while in the area.

Another Great Stay!

My husband needed to travel to Albuquerque last minute for a funeral and the host was more than willing to help accommodate our last minute request. Very quick to respond to messages and help answer any questions we had. This was our second time renting this property and the place was just as spectacular as our last stay. Clean and comfortable. Perfect for a single person or a small family. We will definitely be renting from this host again in the future when we travel to Albuquerque and will recommend to anyone who’s traveling in the area as well. 10/10

Girls Weekend

This is a quaint duplex property in a quiet area in the south part of Albuquerque. The house is well maintained and pleasantly decorated. My friend and I were able to make meals in the house during our stay. We recommend you check what is provided in the kitchen and pantry then do your shopping . The check-in and check-out process is probably the least complicated I've experienced. The property owner contacted me as specified when I booked and explained the process thoroughly. When I arrived there were no issues because of her detailed explanations. I would definitely book this property again.

Cute & Perfect

We choose this rental due to the location being so close to family we were visiting in the area. Even though it’s a small house, it was perfect for our needs. It fit our family of 4- 2 adults, 1 teen, & 1 toddler. Although we didn’t spend much time in the house, it was still comfortable. The house was clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen table was set up with plates, cups and wine glasses which was a nice touch. The host was friendly and quickly responded to any questions we had. We even asked to stay an additional night last minute, because my husband got sick, and she graciously allowed us to. We didn’t experience any issues with the residents next door and the area is quiet. The washer and dryer are a little small so you can’t clean large amounts of clothes at one time. The kitchen needs to be stocked a little more with cooking supplies, for example I didn't see an oven mitt to use for taking hot items out of the stove. Also the window curtains were too sheer and the early morning sun was very bright! But despite that we had a great stay and will definitely book this rental again next time we’re visiting the area. I would also recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area.
