Fee reductions considered for 1 night stays, please contact me. NO cats allowed due to severe allergy.
The condo is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug (specifically sugar ants). Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
GRILL: guest understands this is not a guaranteed amenity. If propane is out we will do our best to arrange for refill when our schedule permits OR if guest refills it we will reimburse for cost so long as the tank is still full upon departure. Guest responsible for drained propane tank if left on irresponsibly.
Parking space is available as directed in the check-in guide. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) for use of the parking space. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood just as listed. Very clean and all the amenities to make the stay pleasant. Enjoyed the short walk to the park and easy location to many nice restaurants and activities. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again on our return trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy little home in Albuquerque. The two-bedroom, one-bath layout with the garage was absolutely perfect for my wife, our daughter, and our two small pups. From the moment we arrived, the house truly felt like home — comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay.Everything was just right for our needs, and we really appreciated how affordable it was for the quality and comfort it provided. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the area.Thank you so much for being a great host and for sharing such a lovely space. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to others.
We always enjoy our stay at this property. Nice house on a quiet cul-de-sac. Safe and secure yard for our Pugs, and a garage to park in. Taryn is easy to communicate with and very responsive. Close to so many restaurants and shopping. Just a few blocks from I-40 and I-25, very convenient.

This was the perfect spot for me as I came to Albuquerque for a weeklong seminar. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but convenient to my class location and groceries. (The Dairy Queen within walking distance made it fun, too.) The communication with the host was great.
Our family enjoyed the spacious condo. The property was clean and In an excellent area. The garage was a very convenient perk for our stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent. I’d definitely recommend and stay again.
We arrived, the house was everything we expected and we totally enjoyed our stay in Albuquerque!! If we come back for another visit in the future we will plan to stay here again.

I stayed in town to visit my Mom on Mothers Day. It was close to her place and was perfect for me. Exactly as described. Couch was super comfy. The place had everything I needed and the house binder was super helpful. Would absolutely book again when visiting Mom.

The cul-de-sac is so peaceful and quiet! It’s a great place to stay when visiting Albuquerque.
I really enjoyed staying here and liked how the house had a garage and a gate that was lockable for more privacy/safety. The home was comfortable and cozy. Definitely recommend.
