A new kitchen with Bosch appliances, baby grand piano; central heating and air; two car detached garage; large backyard; walk to markets, restaurants, bakery, ice cream; close to 17th and Monaco Blvd, Odyssey School. A second living/play area w/TV, bedroom #3 and bath #3 are located on a lower level. Two twin portable beds are available if needed to sleep 8 .

So comfortable

My husband and I rented this little gem in south park hill because it was a couple of blocks away from the house we were selling. Peggy and Taylor were fantastic hosts and checked in regularly on our status and comfort. The home is well appointed and had everything we needed. It was the perfect transition property as we wrapped up our time in Denver. We will definitely check on its availability the next trip through Denver. Thank you Peggy and Taylor for a wonderful stay.

This property is newly remodeled on a quiet, beautiful, tree lined street within walking distance to markets and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

We are music lovers--so there is a piano. A lovely front porch to enjoy your"5:00" beverage and engage with passersby. Two bedrooms, a study and 2.5 baths on the main floor with open dining, kitchen and living room at street level plus a king bedroom suite with bath and salon downstairs.
The house will accommodate 6-8. Interior is newly remodeled and furnished.
