Beautiful tile throughout, gorgeous granite in the kitchen & bathrooms, stainless steel appliances. Bask in the sun in the heated pool. Across the street from Ormond Mall, Publix & walking distance to many restaurants & hot spots.

We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.

Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!

New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!

If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.

The condo was clean and well stocked with supplies. The view was perfect. The location was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping at the mall and outlets nearby.

The condo was clean and quiet. It was very well-equipped. The view from the balcony was exceptional. The kitchen was modern with lots of cookware. The communication with Donna was wonderful and prompt. Great experience!

Annual Ormond Beach vacation

We have stayed in this building multiple times. This particular unit was not the nicest. It needs some updateing but it was clean and served its purpose. The veiw was beautiful and my 2 young granddaughters loved body boarding and the pool.

Clean, safe, family friendly

This property is well maintained and in a very safe and convenient location. The responsibilities for renters were reasonable. The only issue I had was that I was told I would receive check in procedures the morning of our reservation. I didn’t hear from any one despite attempts to contact the property manager. I eventually contacted VRBO directly and they helped me secure the check in procedures. The property manager later explained she was waiting for the unit to be cleaned before providing the check in process. While I understood that, it still was unsettling to me since we were enroute to the location with no idea of how to get into the property. My anxiety would have been relieved had she responded to my email and phone message explaining that…instead of me going through VRBO. That being said…there were no other issues during our stay. The unit was nice and clean. Great location. We really love this part of Ormond Beach.
