BE SURE TO RETURN 1 KEY FOB TO SEASIDE REALTY. It can be dropped in their mailbox after hours.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This property does not allow group/prom rentals. Anyone violating this policy will be asked to leave with no refunds.
Late check outs will be billed at $300 per hour
