Imagine escaping to a place where you can have a romantic trip AND bring the kids ? Or how about a getaway steps from Horsetooth Reservoir, hiking and biking trails, the Marina & good food? Not only that but Fort Collins is just a 10 minute drive down the beautiful mountain paved road. If this sounds like the vacation you're looking for then this is a great place to be!

This ranch style home has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It has a large yard with lots of space for parking. It has a lake view patio where you will likely spot lots of different types of wildlife! The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your appliances and of course a Keurig as well as an old style stove top pot.

There are two living rooms, and a dining room so there is plenty of room for everyone!

Close to both Rocky Mountain and Lory State Parks. Walking distance to the Horsetooth Reservoir Beach.

Horsetooth house

House is great with plenty of room for our group. Only negative is the heater. It was a chilly night and heater only warmed part of the house. Kitchen and master bedroom were cold.

Excellent host and property

We loved the horse to Location and the proximity to hiking and biking trails accessing horse tooth reservoir. We also loved the ranching/farming decor, and the unique coffee table books, including a thorough education on the history of John Deere tractors. Host remedied a couple of glitches promptly and to our full satisfaction. Highly recommend the property and host.

Spacious and Relaxing

Our family of 10 was in town and this was the perfect place for us! It was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The house was clean and lots of information was provided about the house and area nearby. From the patio door you can see and walk to the state park - which is beautiful.
