The house was great, we had everything needed for wonderful stay. The property was excellent!!! Beautiful setting!!! We enjoyed the waterfall and fire pit.
We had such a beautiful visit! The waterfall, the ducks, the humming birds and blue jays were my favorite on the property. The house was clean and spectacular in every way. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was perfect. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!
Beautiful property. House was rustic with gorgeous cabin log cabin vibes. Plenty of space. Beds super comfy!! Highway was busy, close to the house and noisy at times. House was close to beautiful scenic places. Hiking was great! Close to everything we needed.
The pictures don’t do the property justice. It’s beautiful and we made great memories with our family there. The host is great at communicating and was very helpful with places to visit.
Great location for our "wedding weekend of wow"- Wedding venue was an easy 30 min drive to Stove Prairie Ranch in Bellevue. Plenty of room and very well appointed VRBO. Hosts are responsive/communicative and we would recommend/consider for future stays for the greater Loveland area (convenient to RMNP, Ft Collins and Loveland proper).
Lovely cottage nestled in the foothills. We loved the outdoor blankets while drinking our morning coffee on the deck. The decor and bedding made this the most comfortable stay! Location was Perfect! We Will Definitely be returning! Thank you to our wonderful host for sharing your home with us; along with your worms for fishing!😊
Property is beautiful and very accommodating! Very Clean. There was a little RV in the parking area so parking space is limited but other then that we absolutely loved this vrbo ❤️
We stayed here over Thanksgiving break and were so happy to be able to cook in this house and host family members in a beautiful setting. Even for those who live in the area felt like they had a mini vacation just by eating meals here. We were blessed with a big snow storm that blanketed this property making it more beautiful. There are so many nice touches in this house and it has more than enough space for everyone. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Our stay at Beautiful in Loveland, Colorado truly exceeded expectations. The home was stunning, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable...especially with the serene waterfall/we water feature that made mornings feel like a retreat. I spent time in prayer. Our family enjoyed every minute, whether relaxing at the property or exploring the area. We spent time at Roosevelt Park and even made it up to Estes Park, where we were surprised with snow! It was magical. This home provided the perfect balance of comfort, nature, and adventure. Highly recommend, and we can't wait to come back!
The waterfall is life changing, and the noise cancelling from the busy road is next-level. The only thing we flagged was that the master bedroom doesnt have a private door from the room with twin beds, so if a person in the twin bed room goes to the bathroom or gets up, they have to pass through another persons room. It wasnt an issue for us but it might have been uncomfortable for others!
Breathtaking Indeed, with Epic and Ravenous waterfall.
Oh my goodness, we enjoyed our one week stay at Cooper Falls so much. We were most fortunate to have the water fall flow be so epic and ravenous for our entire stay. The home was very welcoming, delightfully furnished, and clean. The gardens swooped around the house and offer many places to venture out to the lush and charming landscape. The water fall was spectacular and the stream below was also a nice treat. Lots of colorful flowers, and on one adventure walkabout we stumbled on some veggies being grown. Tweety birds were seen enjoying the water fall and the water below. We hope to be back soon. We all had a most wonderful stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
I rented this cabin for a 1st girl trip from KY to CO. I looked at tons of listings and kept coming back to here. My Sister lives there so it was us 3 women (50s) the pics are gorgeous, the owner was a sweetheart but the listing isnt specific telling you that its on a main road, it is fenced but traffic is pretty busy. Also, the RV is where the owner stays so when we figured that out, we didnt get in the hot tub but the 1st night because we felt we could'nt talk loud, laugh, have music, idk because of the owner being right there. I was picturing this beautiful cabin off the road, definitely secluded and it wasn't what I hoped. We had a fire 1 night which we extinguished with water, lots of water. There was no lighting at all down to the fire pit, pond area so we couldnt see at all, my sisters man came to help move some wood down there for us to use the next night, we also used our phone flashlights and got sticks etc. The next morning someone was at our firepit taking our wood and someone was drying clothes inside the cabin around 5am, my friend got up because she heard something. The door to washer/dryer says employees only but it was unlocked so we have no idea what happened there. I loved the cabin and the host, I was not happy with the location and the pictures did not represent the property as it really was. For us we felt we definitely wasted money and had no privacy but with all the other great reviews it must worked out great for them just not for us.

Response from VrboOwner on 27 Oct, 2025
I don't even know how to respond to this lie riddled review except to think she (Kristy) knew i was not going to give her a good review so somehow this is her attempt to try to cover what a disrespectful guest she was?
The fire was never extinguished & this is her reason to trash talk about our beloved venue because she knew i was disappointed that they were so careless. We narrowly escaped the Alexander fires!
No one ever, not ever, came onto the property while they were there, period! Completely ridiculous for her to say so & if she thought any one had she would have contacted me to complain as she did multiple times a day
So, why call about a brand new coffee maker she can't figure out. An ice maker taking longer than she hoped or a gfci being tripped (among so many other calls), but not mention an intruder?
Because no such thing ever happened.
I do state we are adjacent to the highway. I do state we are in town in the RV from time to time (she loved that when they showed up early)
No, i could have bet the farm from the moment i met her & they couldn't figure out the wi-fi & called multiple times (after knocking on the RV door) that she was used to being negative.
Such a shame as i bent over backwards to help her. I overlooked unregistered guests (not just one guy helping w/ firewood???) She didnt want solutions, she just wanted to be unhappy.
I'm glad she'll never be back as our property is lovely with a very chill vibe.
Liars and pretentious ppl not welcome.
