Escape to a beach life in this inviting beach home, perfect for a family vacation. Enjoy partial views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, with the beach just steps away. This cozy retreat offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway. The spacious living room, inviting kitchen, and cozy bedrooms create a comfortable, beachy feel with ample space and storage.

Downstairs, the home provides an ideal space with family and friends in the spacious open area, Offering a large covered area with a large six seat dining table and BBQ grill. Additionally, the downstairs area includes a bathroom and shower, conveniently located for rinsing off after a swim in the Gulf.

You'll feel like you're in paradise and won't want your vacation to end! There's a community walkway to the beach along the right side of the house, shared with two other properties.

For your beach escape, we provide beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels.

After a day at the beach, explore the numerous local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach are just a half-hour away, and you're centrally located in the Tampa Bay area, only 50 minutes from Tampa International Airport.

First Time Indian Shores Stay

The location and easy access to the beach, restaurants and to our friends homes on gulf blvd was perfect. The house is updated, clean and has everything you need to feel right at home on the beach! Would stay here again!

Perfect place - great location, great beach access, wonderful grill and hangout area under the house. So nice that everything needed was provided - chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, etc.

Perfect Area

It’s in a great spot. Steps away from the beach, pretty centralized. Allowed for a late checkout/good communication but gave us our space. Clean property, fast wifi, cold AC in 95° heat, can’t really complain. Plumbing a bit wonky but other than that it was worth it and I would definitely come back!

Beach Boys Getaway

We came for the Beach Boys concert and to enjoy some time on the beach. The weather didn't want to cooperate but the house was lovely and very comfortable. It was nice to have beach towels and chairs provided for our use. The kitchen was even stocked with coffee and sugar, however I recommend Indian Shores coffee shop just down the road, great muffins. I would recommend a bath mat for the bathroom, the towels are to nice to put on the floor and shaving the bottom of the bedroom door, as it drags on your nice floors. Wonderful place and location and hope to return again.

Better than photos

Was nervous about the set up/shared pathway to beach with 3 young children but it worked out better than expected! The grilling center, outdoor shower n bathroom were super convenient. Photos are good but 'in person' is much better! The decor is perfect and the kitchen had everything needed (except a can opener lol) Great appliances and the sink was fantastic! Plenty of beach toys/chairs/umbrellas were available for us to use. Recommend ordering pizza from Slyce, they offer free delivery also!

Ants, beds, musty

We had messaged about concerns of ants. They were EVERYWHERE. Their response was "We are aware of the ants. Just seal everything up and keep everything in the fridge." It was AWFULLLLLL. They were crawling on dishes in the cabinets, all in the mircowave, etc. AWFUL. The bests were TERRIBLE. Our child could not even lay on the bed in the back bedroom without it making the loudest sounds. Every time she rolled over it woke up the whole house. It was miserable, so we all three had to sleep in the other bedroom. We couldn't even sleep in the living area on an air mattress because of the ants!!! And then let's talk about the trash! The neighbors mentioned on arrival no one had picked up the trash while they had been there a week. It was OVERFLOWING the 4 trash bins. We notified the company. They too said "Oh they will get to it!!" Two days before we left they were picked up, but trash was piled up! And then-- the smell. The house smelled like a dirty wet gym sock. It was soooo musty it was almost unbearable. Like I was afraid for our lungs. I am sure we all have a fungal infection now in our lungs. The air vents were NASTY. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The guest did have some problems with the ants. This guest stayed with us two weeks after Hurricane Idalia. Our properties along the beach experienced small ‘sugar’ ants appear since their habitat was wiped out by the hurricane. They are very small and only congregate around food. We have addressed with an exterminator, and it is no longer an issue. The garbage was from workers still cleaning up debris from the beach. It was unfortunate at the time, all the properties along the beach were delayed with garbage pick-up. Not sure what the reference to a stale smell in the house. The home is not musty as stated and there is not a smell, the guest didn’t contact us about this issue. The squeaky bed just needed some bolts tightened. Again we wished the guest would have notified us. We appreciate the feedback and are sorry for the negative experience the guest had. We always strive to give our guests an enjoyable experience.
