Beyond expectations
This property, the house, the proximity to one of the best mountain towns and Boulder, literally everything about this was absolutely perfect. Driving into the property is stunning as you are surrounded by the beautiful mountain forest. Walking into and throughout the house is like walking into a designer magazine. 10/10 recommend. My husband and I got married while we were staying here and plan on returning each anniversary for as long as we can. Thank you for the very best experience!

Why they chose this property
The Aspen Grove A-Frame is a luxury cabin experience. It has big mountain views, 12 acres to explore, an amazing cedar spa and everything you would need to rest and enjoy. It is just 10 minutes to Nederland, 15 minutes to Eldora Ski'ing and surrounded by the best hiking / biking trails the state has to offer.
What makes this property unique
The cabin is a beautiful A-Frame suited with 4 king size bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is an open loft which is above the living room and adjacent to the primary suite. On the main level you will find the kitchen, dining, living room, two bedrooms, a powder room and a full bath with a bath tub.
While the A-Frame is just 10 minutes to town it is located in a true mountain community. Service can be limited, wifi is weak and wildlife (while sometimes rare to see) call this area home. This area does have moose, fox, mountain lions and bears. The home is accessed by a very well maintained dirt road, and during the winter we have a plow service. Guests must have a car as ride share is not available. Guests must have all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive in the winter, and it is still recommended in the summer. While we would love to host families the stair railing has large spaces which a child could fall through, and the deck from the primary suite also could be dangerous for children as the railing are low has large space between the balusters.
