Beautiful house with an excellent location. Really loved the views and the accommodations! The host was extremely responsive communicating with me. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Idaho Springs!
The hosts were very communicative, easygoing, and kind! The home was amazing - the pictures don’t do it justice. We absolutely loved the hot tub, views, and access to the beautiful town. 10/10 would recommend!
We appreciated that the host allowed us to check in early. The house was clean and we enjoyed the ping pong and hot tub. It was great for our relaxing get away!
Most impressed with it being pet friendly and child friendly!!!! There were pet bowls and a high chair, bathroom bench and activities for young children. Hot tub was very big, clean and well maintained. Spacious accommodations and all bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Huge tv was great! Would absolutely use again!! Ping pong table was fun. Nice patio areas, table and chairs. We were able to park 3 large cars. Three generations of family and we all thought it was a hit!
We had a nice three night stay at the property in July. Cool location a bit up from town. Convenient to hiking, rafting and about 30 minutes from Red Rocks. Main floor and loft are nicely renovated. Lower level bedrooms were a bit dated but fine for our teens. Really enjoyed watching hummingbirds and other wildlife from the wrap around porch!
Had a great stay at this lovely home. From coffee on the deck to playing ping pong to relaxing in the hot tub, it was a great weekend! The kids loved sleeping in the huge upstairs loft area and there was plenty of comfortable bed space for all. The house was clean and well stocked with extra blankets and condiments/coffee/etc. The hosts were great and reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
This property is AMAZING. It is a very spacious, clean, updated house with three separate bedrooms plus bunkbeds in the loft. It is located extremely close to the fun and quaint downtown Idaho Springs, but the balcony views of the mountains and forest make you feel like you're out in the wilderness! I traveled here with a toddler son, friend, and a dog and the house was perfect for us, you can tell the host has put in so much thought to all the different people who may stay and has accommodated everything. We had such a great weekend trip and the host was responsive, courteous, and friendly when communicating. I'd recommend this to anyone and I'd stay here again without a second thought.
We just finished our vacation at this home in Idaho Springs.
We had a great time here, the house was lovely, with beautiful views of the mountains and some wild life, we saw some deer and a group of Bighorn sheep laying in the sun on the side of the mountain. It feels like a semi secluded mountain vacation but you’re only minutes from the town. Idaho Springs is a cool old mountain town with lots of cute shops and great restaurants.
The house was updated very pretty, roomy and clean. Kitchen was well stocked, we cooked quit a few meals & we had enough pots, pans and utensil for all our meals.
I do recommend 4 wheel or all wheel drive vehicles in the winter.
We would definitely stay again.

We had a great time visiting Idaho Springs on our recent trip. The small town was the perfect stop before venturing up to Boulder.
Before arrival the hosts were on top of the communication regarding activities we may want to check out and accommodating with check in instructions. When we arrived everything was in order-clean and tidy. There was plenty of space for our family of six to spread out. The game room was a huge hit for our kids. You can tell the homeowners are continually in the process of updating and making improvements to the home.
The only thing I would suggest is to let guests know the humidifier is a necessity. Being from out of town we did not realize how dry it actually is in CO until my daughter woke up with a nose bleed.
A Memorable Getaway in the Serene Cabin of Idaho Springs, CO
My recent stay at a charming cabin in Idaho Springs, CO was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtakin surroundings and the peaceful ambiance of this hidden gem. The cabin itself was a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. It was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The cozy living area with its warm fireplace and comfortable seating made it the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the natural wonders of Idaho Springs. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, allowing me to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the stunning views through the large windows. The bedrooms were cozy and provided a restful night's sleep, and the bathrooms were clean and stocked with fresh towels. One of the highlights of my stay was the spacious deck that overlooked the surrounding mountains and forests. It was the perfect place to enjoy my morning coffee or relax with a book while listening to the sounds of nature. The hot tub was an added luxury, providing the ultimate relaxation after a day of hiking or skiing. The location of the cabin was also ideal. It was secluded enough to offer privacy and tranquility, yet conveniently close to the charming town of Idaho Springs. Exploring the nearby trails, visiting the local shops and restaurants, and experiencing the area's natural beauty were all within easy reach. The owner of the cabin was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond!
