Welcome to The Happy House-our beautiful private oasis in the heart of Cape Coral with stunning outdoor spaces on a Gulf access canal. Two-bedrooms and two full baths make this home the perfect getaway!!

The Space
Come take a dip in the refreshing heated pool-complete with hot tub for those cooler evenings. The extraordinary outdoor area is its' own fenced-in private oasis with large outdoor kitchen with grill and large bar area with ample seating. Sit in the gazebo to enjoy morning coffee or mimosa while overlooking the canal as a day of rest and relaxation begins - spend your day fishing off the private dock or floating around the pool and finally - end another perfect Florida day under the pergola with a glass of wine or your favorite cocktail.

The inside of the home is beautifully decorated with an open floorplan and features comfortable furniture with a cozy Florida feel.

The master bedroom suite boasts a comfortable king size bed, television and beautiful bathroom with ample storage space while the second bedroom features two twin beds and large closet. There are also additional sleeping accommodations on the pull-out La-Z-Boy sofa with air mattress.

The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, coffee pot, blender and more. In addition, there is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

There are two living areas both furnished with televisions to watch your favorite shows or just space to unwind with family and friends.

Location
Conveniently located near major stores such as Walmart, Target, Publix and more. Enjoy fresh, local cuisine at a variety of restaurants Cape Coral has to offer or take a drive in to Fort Myers for an endless variety of dining choices.

Guest Access
Guests are given a key code to enter the home. Guests can access all areas of the home with the exception of a locked owner's closet and the front area of the garage.

Other Things to Note
-All doors and windows located behind the fence are equipped with alarms for your safety. Please make sure they are in the 'on' position and are operational.
-There are a number of large palm trees on the property Dash be aware they may shed their fronds.
-Quiet time is 10 PM - 7 AM.
-Four people are included in the rate-each additional person is $10 per night + tax.
-Pet fee is $20.00 per day with a one-pet limit.
-All pets must be crated when left alone.
-The pool is heated to 85 degrees. We understand each guest may have different preferences for pool temperature. If you would like the pool to be heated above 85 degrees, there will be a daily charge of $20.00. Please let us know if you'd like the pool temperature raised for your stay.

-Guests are not allowed to receive mail at this address.

Jacki was great to work with and made everything easy from start to finish. Communication was smooth and stress-free. The home was in mint condition — super clean, well organized, and clearly well cared for. The landscaping was beautiful and added to the calm, relaxing vibe of the place.The neighborhood and surrounding area were very peaceful, and I really enjoyed taking walks each day. I loved heading out to the canal multiple times a day hoping to spot a manatee or dolphin. While they were a bit elusive this trip, I did see a needlefish, a few sheepshead, and some fish that would jump out of the water in the early evenings. I also scoped out several spots known for the famous burrowing owls — they were MIA this time, but now I know exactly where to look next visit!We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home.

My wife and I had a wonderful anniversary trip to the Happy House. It was our 2nd time staying at this property and we'll definitely be back again. The backyard is amazing! We loved having our morning coffee in the gazebo overlooking the canal. We spent many evenings in the outdoor bar/grill area. The pool is heated to a very pleasant temperature. The inside is great too. Everything you need in the kitchen and the bathrooms are very modern! Beach chairs in the laundry room came in handy as well! We love this house!! Also, Jacki was wonderful to deal with!

We had a very pleasant stay and loved all of the mature landscaping around the entire pool area and home. We had several questions that the property owner handled with a fast response and answer. This home is located conveniently on a close canal to main river for fishing and boating. We loved the home and just hated leaving.

Such an amazing house, we had a truly perfect week! Lori was graciously accommodating when we had a snafu with out rental car & needed to change our arrival time. Very responsive to any questions, even pizza recommendations :). Hope to return in the future! We left some pool toys for future guests.

The online pictures do not do this property justice. It is so much bigger than the pictures show, and both the inside and outside amenities are top of the line. The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood...next to no traffic yet easily accessible to whatever you need or want to do. Honestly, this property is just lovely. I wouldn't change a thing!

Great Getaway

We did a 4 night getaway at this home. Not one of us were happy about leaving. The home was beautiful and in a great location! The outdoor space is inviting and very relaxing! You can just relax pool side, go fishing, cook at the large outdoor kitchen space, relax in the gazebo or just float in the pool. The home is equipped with everything you need so if your idea is to not leave, you are able to do that as well! Our family cant wait to go back! There are some great restaurants close by as well.

This home was amazing! It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The backyard area is phenomenal! My wife and I loved the heated pool and hot tub. The outdoor bar was awesome too, complete with built-in grill and sink. The gazebo was perfect for morning coffee and the dock was a great place to watch the boaters pass by. We loved this backyard so much, we never even went to the beach. The house was fully equipped with all cooking necessities. The bathrooms were nice and modern too. Highly recommend!

Home was very clean, and Lori and Ryan were excellent hosts. The back yard with all amenities was best part. Thank you Ryan for teaching me how to heat hot tub, believe me we used it everyday. Bathrooms were excellent very well stocked and clean. Only fault were the beds do not like hard foam mattress'. Pull out couch was better for me due to back. But overall excellent place and would stay again. Thank you Ryan and Lori.

Was amazing. House was clean and spacious. Kitchen had more than enough dishes,utensils, nonstick cookware, also non stick bakeware. Lori and Ryan were quick to address any issue we had ( all minor, like battery in smart lock died) .Pool /spa is heated to 85,but most days was 88. Covered pergola is perfect place to take afternoon nap. Neighborhood is quiet. Beautiful yard and is on canal .

Most Amazing Outdoor Amenities

This home was beautiful inside and out. The hosts were easy to communicate with and everything was labeled with easy to follow directions. We spent most of our time hanging out in the outdoor space which was like our own little oasis. We rented kayaks and enjoyed touring the waterways throughout the neighborhood. While touring we noticed that this house has the most outstanding backyard and the best landscaping in the neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature and there was plenty of seating around to soak up the sun or enjoy the shade. The gazebo was a nice spot to relax in and admire the tranquil surroundings. This home has everything you need and more!

Only good things to say about this house and hosts!! Our stay was so relaxing we didn’t want to leave! Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful landscape. Private backyard. Lovely heated pool. Cozy hot tub with easy controls to turn on and off. Comfy sitting area outside to enjoy sunsets. Cute gazebo overlooking canal we used for a morning reading nook. Fantastic outdoor kitchen. Inside of house comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. Nice public beach at the yacht club only minutes away by car. So many restaurants to choose from nearby. Fort Myers and Sanibel Island short drive away. Hosts easy to communicate with and quick responses to questions prior to and during our stay. Definitely would stay here again!

The Happy House is everything it says it is and then some. It was perfect in every way. So many positive things. The outdoor space is 5 star. The fenced yard was spacious offering so many areas to relax. The gazebo was comfortable and pleasant, especially in the mornings. The outdoor furniture was high-quality, comfortable and stylish. Loved the outside bar seating and the outdoor kitchen. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. We could’ve spent all our time outside except the inside is just as lovely. Kitchen is well stocked. Furniture is comfortable. The separate coffee table/bar was a beautiful addition plus one person could be making coffee while another person was working in the kitchen and not be in each others way. Bathrooms were spacious and so clean. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The master bath offers a shower and separate bathtub which was appreciated. Lots of closet space to store all the extra clothes we brought and didn’t need. Loved how the laundry room was its own separate space that has shelves to store our extra things. Lori was available and very easy to work with. This place was worth every penny that we paid. I would rent it again without a doubt. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Lori and Ryan for sharing this beautiful, aesthetically pleasing very happy place.
