Experience the ultimate relaxation and leisure when you stay at this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath private home, decorated in costal decor, screened patio & pool with breathtakingly scenic sunsets.
Four connecting canal-wide view of the sunset with access to the ocean. The saltwater heated pool, spa, and adorable comfortable home all lend themselves to relaxing and taking in the view. Kayaks, beach gear, coolers, beach towels, bicycles and more. We provide everything except your toothbrush.
No dogs, No events, no parties. No parking in the grass, driveway only. This home is in a quiet neighborhood. PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS. No noise after 10pm. Please take trash to the curb on Tuesday evenings.

My family of 5 had the best time at Cozy Cape cottage. My 8, 10, &14 year olds felt like royalty staying here. Every morning they’d wake up begging to sit in the hot tub to watch the sunrise. The house was clean,cozy, and we made the best memories here. We are already talking about our next visit! Stu & Cathy are wonderful! Anytime we messaged them they responded within 15 mins!

Our family enjoyed staying here so much! The home was perfect and had everything we needed and more! The view in the back is beautiful & hosts the perfect nightly sunsets! My husband and I biked around the neighborhood on the bikes provided, attempted to kayak lol, the kids enjoyed the pool daily, the hot tub is amazing, and we enjoyed dinner on the lanai too! It’s also close to many beaches and fun activities! I highly recommend this property and would definitely return!

Great communication. Perfect place for my family to use as a base to spend time in Venice and Fort Myers. We loved the pool. It was a chilly time in January, but the heated pool and hot tub were perfect. The family enjoyed fishing off the dock, although we didn't catch anything. Love the option to use the two kayaks. We enjoyed playing ping pong and foosball in the garage. It was super convenient to have beach supplies. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there was a grocery store right down the road. We tried out the bikes but decided not to use them because the tires were low-we didn't bother trying to fix them. Everything was really clean and well decorated. They thought of everything we could need.

Just Wow!

Thank you, thank you for such a great relaxation vacation. The home was the cleanest home we have ever rented and the lanai was huge with absolutely breath taking views. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

Fishing/hunting Getaway in Fort Meyers

We had a blast in Florida, and this VRBO was perfect for it's location and size. We were able to go on a Gator hunt, and we spent most of our time fishing at local parks and canals and relaxing. The lodging was extremely comfortable and perfect for our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this holiday apartment. The place was beautifully decorated, very cozy, and made us feel right at home. Everything was spotless clean, and you could tell that great care was taken in preparing the space for guests. It’s in a perfect location, quiet yet close to everything. It's all about location, location, location and we also wanted to completely remodel a home to create the perfect getaway for our family, friends and guests. We searched many homes for the perfect one and found it! We love Cape Coral so much that we purchased six additional homes in the area so we could share our Florida Adventures with our ever growing, family/friends and your "family and friends" as well. This home views a double wide amazing canal as well as the sunset. It is in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of SE Cape Coral. We have been visiting Cape Coral for our entire married life. Love the area, and I think you will too.

What makes this property unique

This home has been completely renovated and decorated in a cozy cottage beach style that you will love. You will fall in love with the backyard pool, patio, lanai, canal, dock and sunsets - WE DID! The neighborhood is close to shopping and anything you might need, yet is very peaceful for a long walk or bike ride. A short drive to the many sights and activities including our favorite stomping grounds at Sanibel/Captiva or Fort Myers Beach. We rent a boat and cruise the canals, The Caloosahatchee River or head over to Sanibel for the day.

We provide Kayaks, Paddleboard, bicycles and a game room in the garage, all at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
