This beautiful townhome is perfectly located just a half mile from downtown Salida. This spacious 2 bed/2 bath has granite counter tops, wood floors, and like-new appliances. Cozy and bright, you will stay comfortably and have everything you need.

Cruise around town on the four bikes that come with the home, or have an evening in with a fully stocked kitchen. You will feel right at home during your stay!

This townhome is location just 30 minutes from Monarch Ski Resort, and only 1.5 hours from Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain. Avoid traffic from Denver to the western slope, and stay here for the winter!

5 Star Experience all around!

My husband and I rented this property for one month. Our host Katie was always accessible and prompt with her communication. The location is quiet, and in close proximity to Salida walking paths and downtown Salida. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. The WiFi met our video streaming needs. We highly recommend this property.

We love this location- close enough to walk into town, and close to the river and trail for walking, biking, and fishing. The townhome is spacious, clean, has great views and lots of natural light. The kitchen is well appointed and the living space and bedrooms are large and comfortable. We love the huge steam shower after a long day of hiking, biking, or snow sports. We have returned to this spot and will keep doing so! Highly recommend.
