Private entrance, ground floor 1 bedroom suite with comfortable living area, full private kitchen & full private bathroom with tub/shower combo. Home is new and very close to downtown Salida (1/2 mile), one off street parking spot, ultra-high speed internet and WiFi. The IKEA sofa makes into a Queen bed. Private ground floor Suite in a Duplex (living space above on second story) with huge, private outdoor patio with chairs and table. Big view of surrounding mountains. Mountains bike trails accessible from property, river close by. Good for a couple, solo adventurers & business travelers. Rental agreement required to sign for the protection of both parties.

The place was cute and clean! It is only a half mile from downtown, unfortunately, road construction kept us from walking there.It was surprisingly comfortable without air-conditioning.We would definitely stay again!
