It was a very nice place to stay, and in a great location right next to the river. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything I needed and more. Very clean, and the host was very easy to get a hold of. Would highly recommend this booking if you're staying in Salida

We love this location- close enough to walk into town, and close to the river and trail for walking, biking, and fishing. The townhome is spacious, clean, has great views and lots of natural light. The kitchen is well appointed and the living space and bedrooms are large and comfortable. We love the huge steam shower after a long day of hiking, biking, or snow sports. We have returned to this spot and will keep doing so! Highly recommend.

5 Star Experience all around!

My husband and I rented this property for one month. Our host Katie was always accessible and prompt with her communication. The location is quiet, and in close proximity to Salida walking paths and downtown Salida. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. The WiFi met our video streaming needs. We highly recommend this property.
