Great little place, easy to find, close to everything
I stayed there for a couple of days for a fishing trip, great place, plenty of room for up to four, very clean and neat, owners are very nice and helpful

Thanks for the kind words and 5-star review. We look forward to hosting you again!
Great, private, clean rental with very kind and attentive hosts right on the Watuga River. Our son fished off the dock day and night. Close to amenities in Johnson City and a short drive to Kingsport. We plan to stay again!

Right on the river - great for fishing, tubing, floating, kayaking...
Our location is just minutes away from big towns and still secluded enough for serenity!
Thanks Erin! We welcome you back anytime
