Only 2.5 miles to downtown shopping, parks & nightlife. This 2 br unit has it all: Main Level features Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, half bath & outdoor patio. Upstairs is a Fantastic Master with queen bed & fold away bed that can be used. This listing has amenities like a hair dryer, washer & dryer, soap-lotion-conditioner-shower gel, AC, and heating and more. We will have bottle waters in the fridge for your arrival and coffee/kuerig for you when you wake up the next morning. Your stay will be comfortable and convenient.

Great location to ETSU and down town. Clean and all the amenities. The AC is very cold when you need it. Lots of towels as well, usually find most properties skimp on these items but nothing has been skimped here!

Very cute & clean 2 bedroom townhouse located very close to the ETSU campus. Decor was done nicely, highlighting local region. Host communication was great. Beds were not as comfortable as I would like but I do realize that everyone has different preferences when it comes to mattress comfort.

Hot water lasted less than 10 minutes, leak in downstairs bathroom, drains needed to be cleared, pictures make it seem like there are 3 sleeping areas when in fact there is a roll out in closet.

Very clean townhome inside. Beds were comfortable and the air was cold. The hot water doesn’t last long in the shower and the faucet needs to be replaced. The lever to make the water turn to shower mode was very hard to pull. I had to pull it with a washcloth so I could grip it. The toilet downstairs was running off and on all day. I reported the issues to the management. Communication was good on the app as well. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. If we stay here next year, I would hope that the faucet was replaced and the hot water heater was looked into as to why the hot water doesn’t last long.
