We are a mile from the Historic Downtown Gilbert which is loaded with all kinds of fun restuarants including the famous Joe's Barbeque and Dierks Bentleys Whiskey Row. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all together in one large room that is wonderful for unity and larger groups. The room is broken up only by stairs leading to the basement. The home is filled with comfortable furniture including two couches and many chairs including a recliner. The living room has three large windows that show off a yard with a fountain and a variety of mature plants and trees. The dining room also has three large windows that look out on to the pool and back porch.
The kitchen is stocked with most everything you need including a microwave, convection oven, air fryer, Instapot, Ninja blender, muffin pans, sheet pans, coffee maker, pancake griddle, waffle iron, dutch oven and most of the basic cooking spices and condiments you need for cooking and baking. The dining room table can fit 8 people and is set in a spacious room.

The backyard of this property has a covered patio with comfortable seating for 6. We will add more photos of this area asap as we are still shopping for newer outdoor furniture at this time. There is a gas barbecue grill with a full tank available to use. We also have a Firepittable top with comfortable seatingaeound it on the porch. . There is a swimming pool (unheated) with reclining lounge chairs and an umbrella and table. To help protect children and other non swimmers, there is a gate to the pool, there isa gate surrounding the pool.

Please Note…. The owners of this property will occasionally be staying in an apartment located in the basement of this property. There is a separate entrance that leads to the basement apartment that is on the side of the home that the guests will not be using.
