3,400 square foot home located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood close to everything Alamosa has to offer! Great Sand Dunes National Park is 30 minutes away and a short drive to both Wolf Creek & Monarch Ski Areas. Beautifully furnished with unique art and plenty of space to relax. 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, fully furnished including all bedding & towels. Master suite includes jetted tub, brand new glass shower, coffee station, 55 inch TV, and private deck. Gourmet kitchen complete with a commercial 6 burner stove is ready for you to prepare full meals along with a gas grill located on the patio. Formal dining room is perfect for enjoying a family meal. Large fenced in yard with mature trees including a wood burning fire pit and hammock. Projection screen TV room with Dish TV and DVD library as well as 72 inch TV located in the main living room. Full laundry room.
This rental includes FREE admission at Sand Dunes Recreation Hot Springs located 30 minutes north of Alamosa for up to 10 guests per day that you stay with us. Check out the hot springs perk at www.sanddunespool.com

Plenty of room for our family reunion! Donnie and Carly were very responsive, accommodating, and kind. The property was in great condition, spacious and clean. There is a huge backyard for the kids to play in and the home is in a lovely neighborhood, 3 minutes from the grocery store. The pool passes were GREAT, we loved swimming after a beautiful visit at the dunes to help get the sand out of our ears. There is an industrial gas stove that handled cooking for our group of 10 without any issue.

There is NO AC. I would have gone a different route had I known that. It’s a beautiful home, well maintained. Would be great in winter. Staying there in the early summer was rough. 80 degrees in the upstairs bedroom. There are fans and we left the balcony door open all night to help try to cool the room off. Our family sleeps hot, so that part was less comfortable than we prefer.

I have always had great service with the hosts. I've stayed in different houses of theirs and I appreciate their promptness and flexibility. I would say that compared to a different property this one was older. It does not have air conditioning and was quite warm and I had people who were elderly staying with us and I wasn't aware so that was a little uncomfortable. I would also say that the seating was a little bit challenging as it wasn't as comfortable as the other home that they have. This house is a great house for more people. The yard is beautiful. The parking is easy. I would just suggest some upgrades for comfortability.

We had a great stay with 5 grandkids and their parents. Plenty of space. Beautiful backyard. Having so many seats at counter for short order grandkid cook really came in handy and was fun. We had them each take turns to make up a story about some unique piece of art while we cooked and ate. Lots of memories made.

Beautiful Home Conveniently Located

This house is so cute and was the perfect accomodations for my family! Everyone loved it. Everything was conveniently located and it was nice to have a grocery store so close. We had a few family members who had never fished and found a place close, and two out of four caught fish. This was a very memorable trip and I hope to come back to this house soon!

Perfect Fit

This house was a perfect fit for my family. We needed a place to gather as we were in town for the funeral of my mom. The City House checked all the boxes. It was big enough for several of us to stay there and for all family members to get together and not be stepping on each other toes. I highly recommend this property if you are having a family gathering for whatever reason.

Nice clean home with large kitchen. No hairdryer Needs a screen on the master bedroom balcony door (no air conditioner). Fun to see deer in the neighborhood. Fire pit made for a yummy evening (s’mores). Overall great experience.
